Yeah I always have for some reason. It's like I'm leaving a signature on the box, or something. Funny story, I bought a very well used Wild Dagger a couple years ago, the inside of the box lid was covered in paint, just as I do. It was pretty cool, hit home, made the kit feel more special to me. 🤣

One more thing I do especially when using metallic paint is to leave the window masks on and back spray the inside with silver it cleans up the inside and makes the blue less transparent.
Also spray the inside of the fenders black as you can see them when you are runnin er!!!!

Good video Phil - not been brave enough to try the scoring method myself yet, but that'll come! It sure looks effective. Worth mentioning that I recently did a Tamiya Subaru Impreza rally (the '99 one) and that of course is in PS16 too - it is a colour that looks pretty transparent, even after what seems like enough coats, but when its backed with another colour (I went with a silver to bring the metallic look forward) that doesn't matter and it looks great. Stay excellent, my friend!
