Maybe you already know the story, but Eddy's mum wanted him to become a doctor. He wanted to be a musician, but his mum told him that it was because he was lazy and didn't have the grades to get into medical school.
So he worked hard, got into med school... and then told his mum : "See, I could be a doctor if I wanted to, but I want to become a musician." And then went to music uni instead...
I'm not saying that you should drop your studies, I'm just sharing this story with you to encourage you to do what you really like.
