I have one very much the same, Mine has an Ibanze sticker on the headstock and I believe it's original. My selector switch say "Soft" Medium" and "Sharp" and the rear cover guard is a bit smaller. I have never found a picture of it yet on the internet. Maple body and neck with rosewood strip on the back of the neck.
I have one that was in the trash or something. Some of the parts are missing too and the neck is bend beyond repair I think. Still have the pickguard and two knobs too.
