Lived in Syracuse (Sept 2011 til Jan 2012) as an over the road bus driver, and most of my stops followed the Mohawk line with Syracuse and Utica being intermodal stops. Sometimes I would leave Syracuse and the train would either follow me or I would follow it down the line to Albany. I can't remember but I believe it's route 5 where the road is literally right next to the tracks between Amsterdam and Schenectady.
