    This was another interesting conversation. When Mick mentions the semantic precision in REBT and not standing a situation I am reminded by the REBT phrases, USA: Unconditional Self Acceptance and Don't Let Frustrations Turn Into Disturbances.
    Yeah, we might get I Can't Stand It -itis but as long as we accept that in life there will be frustrating situations, events, people... It is OKay. Be aware not to fuel them into disturbances. Life is full of frustration. That is the Human condition. Manage frustration. Focus on the positives which there will be in life as well. 👍
