When Micheal made a comment about Sally and Tabatha being in all black looking like a special club. That club is called professionalism, Micheal. They dress like professionals and act like professionals because they are professional. &Micheal and Steven are clearly lovers in a quarrel
"They always want clean towels, there's always something." He didn't just say that, did he?! Wow, he takes no responsibility & he is rude. He seems to hate women, on top of it.
And! The audacity from this man to question a hair instructor from the Vidal Sassoon academy when he hasn't a lick of experience is hilarious. "Alright Michael, enough." It's like she's talking to a child!
Was Steven DRUNK or ON something? He acted very weird on that opening day. Not only by not turning up and citing "car problems", but his gait, speech, and sweat. It was peculiar. Could he simply not drive because he was impaired? (I wouldn't want Steven giving me a facial at all).
The fact that he was doing a hair consultation and then felt the need to comment on the model's entire wardrobe set me OFF 😡 What a disgusting, arrogant, misogynistic man
I feel like all the stylists need to band together and open their own salon because realistically they are good stylists and are really good at their craft and it’s so heart breaking that they are all in this crap hole of a salon all of the stylists aside from Steven

It would be no surprise to me if this business doesn't succeed. The owner knows he's got good staff and can bring in money so he doesn't really have to show up as much.
Actually, you are not allowed to open a hair dressing salon in Germany without ample expert knowledge that you even have to give evidence of in very tough state exams! It is beyond me how it can happen with such carelessness in the U.S. Also, to those doing the headlines on this channel: it should either read "The most filthy salon ever" or alternatively "The filthiest salon ever". Not both thrown together!
He has an excuse for everything, there always seem to be someone else to blame, badmouthing someone when they are there to help him.... He is a monumental narcissist
The place is still open. Can't tell if it's the same owner and staff. Looks like it's been renovated and the staff section on the website is 'coming soon'. Their social media is still active.
Still open under the same name and owner. I really hope he learned because in this episode he just wanted a renovation for free. He thought it was easy like that.
I know this is an old episode, but I couldn't stand it any longer. Why didn't Tabitha just help the stylists find better positions and let Michael close up shop? He didn't even appreciate her help.
Why even ask for her help if you’re just going to refute it? I don’t get these salon owners, you reached out to her and now you don’t like to hear the truth? Go bankrupt then!
Michael really changed for the better towards the end. Steve imo was the real prick, though technically he called Tabatha a 'bitchy blond' and not a blond bitch. Ginger guy was very sweet and a competent staff.
