My case:
2 calculi of 3.5mm and 4.5 mm in left kidney . Pain was not that much but very irritating for me, at times it used to grow even more severe. I was not able to focus on my work, was not able to eat properly as I was vomiting everything out.
It got out in 1 week. My Lifestyle is more of a sedentary, as I have a desk job.
Normal liquid medicine for breaking stone+ these stretches repeated 3 times (replaying the video 3 Times)+ 1 hr of daily walking ( 30-45 mins before breakfast, 30-45 min after dinner) helped me in the process.
I used liquid in moderate amounts as opposed to normal suggestions to drink a lot, because drinking too much water....
1. creates pressure on blocked kidney, can lead to unnecessary pain
2. Can lead to nausea, and you will end up throwing out what ever you have eaten , in vomiting. Leading to more weakness.
In short keep moving, take medicines to break the stone, drink moderate amounts of water at least 2 ltr, do some stretches in the morning to help flush out the stone and reduce the pain also, take food in liquid form (fruit shakes, Dalia, oats, etc) to avoid weakness.

I did this yoga just before I had my 5 mm stone came out after 5 months I don't know if it had contributed how much because I have a 5 months long journey which I don't think I will be able to put here however I got my 5 mm stone out without surgery and doctor told me that it won't come out without surgery

@@EmersonArtwork they do, sorry for the late reply, taking flomax and a painkiller but pain would not go away, started doing these when felt pain. pssed the stone immediately by eod. the second one is easy. rest require practice. Us indians are made to do these since school so we have the basic flexibility to do these. Any stretches that stretch the core will do wonders.
