The Ghetto Preacher at the 6:50 mark was hilarious. Used to watch him. "Cut that bitch off" was his favorite. And the camera zooming in and out like the camera person had the blind staggers.

Here in Seattle, public access was channel 29. There were, at one time, two programs that showed hardcore porn. The host of one of 'em got arrested live on the air.
Seattle had to have the craziest Public Access Shows in the entire Country. I remember Guys would do a show totally nude at 3am & it caused a massive outcry by local religious groups. There was cursing & other things that would never be allowed on regular media. I feel like People were protected by The Constitution, much more than 35 years ago, compared to 2024.
I remember when I would put our own local access channels on and see weird shows. There was this one magic show ran by some girl that was extremely awkward and she had kids on that looked so uninterested lol. I wish I knew what the name was.
This is now your internet white whale! lol I was trying to find the Swap Shop for this video, but all I could find was other public access shows named the Swap Shop, not the one I watched. Hopefully they aren't lost forever.
youtube channels will never replace the oddities on public access, because these shows werent trying to be weird. They just were. yotube channels try too hard to be weird or quirky sometimes
