I love how he just gets those cuts that close with a table saw and doesn't even check if they're lined up first, just gets them perfect. Just skilled.

It just takes one momentary slip, just one time, for ‘skilled’ to instantly become ‘lifetime of regret for lazily using the wrong tool in a silly way’. If you can afford all the epoxy you work with, you can afford the tool for cutting square wood round that is much less likely to slice off your fingers in a split second. Just get a bandsaw, your fingers are, and forever will always be worth more than your work. Seriously, it’s nice work, but I bet you love your hands just the way they are way more than you love your work. Speaking as someone who has lost a finger doing what you do. Seriously, level up your shop to how you make your work look.

Table saws should never be used to free hand cut. I don’t care how skilled you are. All it takes is one slip or imperfection in the material or equipment and you will be seriously injured. Videos like this are cool when you see the final project. But they are showing dangerously improper techniques.
