Looks like your trailer had some plywood in the back. I put three pieces of treated in my open trailer last weekend. Almost lost my cookies at $154 for three 3/4" sheets of pressure treated plywood! Might last a few more years! Mower troubles! Been having those too. My ZT2800 transaxles broke from the frame of my ztxl42 when I hit a big whole covered up with overgrown grass! Three shop visits later its fixed. One welder shop visit, two back to the dealer for a total of $841 dollars and I am back to smooth baby but cuts with it. Wish I could turn a wrench like Mark. Could have save so much money. At least its fixed now and has with impeller bagging. A new setup would have cost close to $8.5K. Ya'll keep mowing and putting out those inspirational vidjos :) Thanks
I swap one of these a few years back to a 26hp kohler command. Mine had a 19hp kawasaki i bought a muffler for mine cost around 200 amd put reaper rear tires on it. I love mine best mowers they make in my opinion
Watched your channels over the winter and rebuilt a Tiger Cub. First cut this week and I am in love with this thing. Cut the time in half from using my Freedom Z. Both with the 48" deck. I also have highly modified the Cub. Check it out Mark. You will like what I have done with it. Have the neighborhood wanting me to cut their grass now.
Watch your channel because I have a Tiger Cub. Recently had to replace the PTO clutch. I didn't hear you say why you had to swap out the motor? Did it die on you, and if so, how many hours did you have on it before that happened.
@@vickisoutdoors_ Thanks for the info. Mine only has about 650 hours so was just curious how much life I should expect to get from it. I had to remove/clean the carb this past week as it started surging the last time I mowed. Cleaning out carb fixed issue. I first replaced the fuel filter (NAPA part no. SME702390). It is exactly the same size as OEM and is rated at 15 microns so wanted to mention that to any of your subscribers that might be looking for an awesome replacement fuel filter minus the Scag price!
All my business customers who are in lawn maintenance have a fire extinguisher on all their zero turns
Which is very smart after one burns up😊
Good job ! Sure runs smoothly and can't beat the cut quality.

What's the cost of a new motor as apposed to a new mower?
We bought the (used motor) for $600 brand new zero turns about $6-7 k Also the time to do the work he’s got about 12 hours at least into that repair
Really it’s best to go with a new engine or good use one if fram and deck in fairly good shape 😊
Is the kohler a better engine

So far no problem
