    While this certainly seems like the best oven choice so far, I would argue that no oven will yield the results you achieved without the effort you put into the formulation and preparation. Thanks for another great video. I can see myself finally purchasing and using something like this.

    I was thinking of selling my Koda 16 for the Prokan. It looks like a great oven.
    The main reason for the want to switch is that I use natural gas and the flame fluctuates so much between cooks. The temp in the Koda is either 650 or 850 while you prep a second pizza. The first is always great but then if you don’t babysit the flame the next one is usually too hot. I think the Prokan would fix that.
