Fredericksburg, Texas - Main Street Walking Tour

Walking down Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas. This town in located in Texas Hill Country. It is a popular destination for many in central Texas for its wineries and shops. Fredericksburg's German heritage can be seen on display throughout the town especially around Christmas time when Main Street is decked out with festive decorations including a 30-foot Christmas tree and authentic German Christmas pyramid in the Marktplatz park.

We went there for our honeymoon in 1989, and it was a quiet little town. Went back in 1994, and it had been discovered.
