One scene I want in F&C season 2 is Finn reminiscing over him and Jake's adventures while being kind of a mentor figure to Fionna and Cake. If they include a scene of Finn quoting Jake and calling them beautiful flowers and that he loves to watch them grow, it will probably drive me crazy.

Since Fiona forgot how to fight when her universe was reset, Finn could be the Jiraya to her Naruto, the Urahara to her Ichigo, the Mr. Miyagi to her Daniel-San. 🤩 She might have to learn how to fight in order to take on whatever threat is coming. Whatever the conflict will be in this new season.
I'm so happy to know that Fiona and Cake getting greenlit. I thought that when Jay and LD and Baby Finn were brought into the finale and staying, that was just the studio's way of giving fans some form of closure when it came to their fate. I was so sure that what we got would be it, not because of Max's previous history with other shows (I completely forgot that Max was the one streaming it), but because I felt like the show reached a good enough conclusion to really just end. But now, I'm so happy. I mostly excited to see Marshal Lee and Gary again (and will be very upset to see them get cut out of the plot), and also excited to see what going to happen.

OH MY GOSH! I really liked how they had closure at the end...and I hope Simon's and Betty's story is still closed (even though I wish they had more time) but it would be nice to see more flashbacks of all the pre-mushroom war characters!! I can't wait to see more scarab and prismo too
I think Fionna and Cake's story was already very well developed within one season. Simon also finally had a conclusion. We already had a conclusion for Finn, Jake, PB and Marcy in Distand Lands. Two interesting characters that did not get a conclusion however are Shermy and Beth. They are the only "universe" visited in Fionna and Cake that is still involved in complete mystery. A miniseries about them would be nice to explain how OOO turned out that way, what happened with Fern, the new elementals and maybe give a conclusion to Patience...
We still want to see more of Fionna and Cake to wrap up their journey. We also want to see more Finn and Jake appearances. Like we need adult Finn spin off series too
I would love a series but I’d wait a few years, they’d maybe get one season and then get either canceled, or the network would gut it. We’d be lucky to get 10 episodes for the reason, which shows very rarely get, and they deserve quality.

i'm one of those peeps who watched all of adventure time for the first time in order to watch fionna and cake and this news is right on time cuz i just finished this weekend! wooo!!!!! i am deep into the hyperfixation and loving it lol... as for my theories, i think betty reincarnated into the butterfly seen on simon when he wakes up back in ooo, and think the apple might hint to something else. I saw something on the internet about it maybe hinting at something related to sweetpea or tree trunks??? idk could be interesting. i'm hyped for whatever they choose to do haha~ i so agree with wanting to see more of the fionna world cast though and her interacting with finn!
As much as I'm super excited for season 2, it feels like another slap in the face to Infinity Train. It literally got so disrespected by HBOMAX even when it was their 4th most popular show. Seriously, bring back Infinity Train!

I have a theory if there is a lich in their universe maybe the lich would bring magic into their world basically reverting back what they were before. That’s where the lich can gain control of their universe. I would like to see them of course traveling in the multiverse to stop the lich from alter reality
My theory is that fionna-world’s lich is already in prison before fionna and cake (due to no magic, like to imagine her as a serial killer criminal), with magic added back, she could break out of prison, and she’s a copycat to Shang tsung from mortal kombat, well… “your soul is mine”
If vampire hunter bubblegum and evil star marceline will survive from the leva pit of death and something or someone who curse a spell on them no longer to kill each other and star no longer to suck souls of humans or anything just bugs for some reason and she and bubblegum will working together to get their through hearts together but based anti heroes, they still not getting a long together but they get use to it.
Tbh, while it's tragic that Together Again confirmed that Finn never moved on from Jake's death, and just kept waiting for his time to come as well, I was glad that hid elderly appearance makes it clear that, while he was devastated at the loss of his brother, he found a way to keep on living until the very end, instead of taking the easy way out

If they are going to do a second season then I would like to see Fiona help our boy Finn to redcon his life choices. I love the episode of “together again” but I didn’t like that after Jake’s death Finn threw his life into dangerous adventures just to meet up with Jake in death and we saw that episode of Fiona and Cake series when he was trying to “cheer” Simon up by giving him his so called advice 😔. I think Fiona can help Finn 😅. Also I agree with the comment about the new chapter of Chainsaw Man 🥺why do dogs in anime always have a horrible part 🥺

If there’s a Fiona and Finn episode I think Fiona would help Finn enjoy some parts of life. Think about it. Fiona loves the world around her especially ooo and after season one her own dimension. She doesn’t have to cure Finn’s depression, but can make him feel a little better and help him enjoy life even for a little

@@bigguy952 there aren't anymore strikes. Both strikes are over. Also Jeremy Shada (voice of Finn) says tv animation is not part of the strike
@@arinhossain2100 no but the cartoonists and animators have their own guild with Hollywood and that they can go on strike as well, that’s why I said their own contract, which is up for renewal next year

One thing I'd like to see in Season 2 is more Simon and Marcy interactions since they only had the one phone call last season.

If vampire hunter bubblegum and evil star marceline will survive from the leva pit of death and something or someone who curse a spell on them no longer to kill each other and star no longer to suck souls of humans or anything just bugs for some reason and she and bubblegum will working together to get their through hearts together but based anti heroes, they still not getting a long together but they get use to it.
I absolutely love shermy and Beth and really want more of them. Beth is so damn likable and the pup world lore is so interesting to me !

It will be awesome and funny if Fiona and cake season 2 set up for their own Crossover Nexus and explore Cartoon Network City and even start Cn own Secret Wars.

If there’s a Fiona and Finn episode I think Fiona would help Finn enjoy some parts of life. Think about it. Fiona loves the world around her especially ooo and after season one her own dimension. She doesn’t have to cure Finn’s depression, but can make him feel a little better and help him enjoy life even for a little
After you said time travel I remembered when simon wrote the casper and nova book for his old self in the first season
I want more Shermy and Beth content- I want more of them so bad we only have two episodes of them, but I love their dynamic. I’d also love more of Scarab- I love him so much too
