You guys should release a whole alternate angles video of just in car cameras, I love watching his actions while he's driving, brings that much more of a rush while watching.
@Bigluck944 yes he needs them both. The paddle shift is for when he really wants to accelerate or brake and the clutch is for when he goes into a corner and wants to load rpms to get the tires spinning or stop the engine from spinning the wheels in mid corner.

Ford gave him the opportunity to drive in the WRC (Subaru WRC Program stopped in 2008) with first the Focus WRC and now the Fiesta WRC. This year he had to learn a brand new car after only 2 days testing, new gear change mechanism, new tyre brand, studded tyres... IMO Ken and Alex Gelsomino are doing awesome. WELL DONE KEN, GOOD LUCK FOR 2011 SEASON!
