Fun fact: Side Quests like the Pickle Lady wanting a Geodude or the guard wanting a wurmple, you give them an Alpha instead of a normal sized pokemon and they have a different reaction to them, I did a side quest that involves giving away a Parasect, gave them an Alpha version and he was surprised by the size of it, now theres a giant Parasect in some dudes house.
Yeah, I remember that quest. I gave him an alpha too and now it feels like the Pokemon would take away the entire space in his house, now that it has evolved.
I did the exact same thing XD
I gave the same dude the same parasalect and that time I forgot about it I jumped in my seat when I saw it
I have the entire farm being tended to by alpha pokemon

9:46 I love the fact that Pokemon can now learn every single move in their moveset, just like in the anime. You still have only 4 moves to use in battle, but you can actively switch them. Such a good feature. Hope they add this to the regular Pokemon games.
I just hope Arceus itself is the future of all pokemon games and mechanics and not just one offs. I have so much fun just running around catching the pokemon in the areas. Spent the first like 20ish hours in the first two zones
DUDE! I know right? Like it is SO STUPID when your sceptile is supposed to forever forget how to use x scissor or pound because you taught him leaf storm and solar beam, how do you forget something so basic bruh, it was all you could do as a kid!
I always wished it to be this way, there to be all the pokemon moves available on basis of their level, and the pokemons to have ability to choose any four moves to stick with, and they can switch it as long as they are not in combat, it does not takes anything away from the experience.

I love all the glitches in Legends Arceus, glitching the player into the proffesor, clipping through rocks, having someone who is supposed to be escorting me to a location stop moving so that I physically can’t reach that location, starting the Arceus fight on stage 4
And they say the low graphic where a style choice.
I am seriously worried that companies are seriously launching and selling full price game in what was concider beta, or even Alpha state in some cases.

@@ericquiabazza2608 ... it has about the same amount of bugs as most other games coming out. They hire maybe a few dozen testers and such, but they sell a few million copies and you got a lot more chances of a rare bug occurring.

And watch out "same amount of bugs as everyone else", that is how they get us Fallout 76, how now games cost 10-20 dollars more, how loot boxes are a steple that even legally is dificult to take out.

@@ericquiabazza2608 6.5 million... that's how many games were sold. Even if they hire 200 testers that's a stark difference in amount of play time. Also the loudest people are not always the majority, if 100 people spam one thing dozens of times does that mean 1000s of people had that issue, no. And the whole games nowadays have more bugs, is total bullshit. There is still the same amount of bugs in AAA games now and then, the only difference is that the internet shows it off so more people do it, look at pokemon red and it has more bugs in IT then Arcues has. The whole laziness bullshit excuse is stupid, you can look and tell if they actually tried or was lazy with fifteen minutes of game time. I'll agree Fallout 76 was a rip-off buggy mess, but Arcues is not.

7:56 Machop are known to be able to lift gravelers as training which are 236lbs. and funny story it only talks 110lbs to rupture a guy 's "personal baggage" so that kid is now safe to be ara ara'ed with no consequences.
EMOTIONAL DAMAGE
One thing I didn't notice till last night, when you have one Pokemon out and hit speak the player character will move their mouth and change expressions, they are also having a conversation with the Pokemon. Not sure if this raises friendship levels or is just one of the unfinished elements *I do hope an update improves the pasture so the pokemon in it can move around and talk to each other, maybe add toy elements because...the pasture is super depressing to look at, as they just stand there, turn away from the fence, or just go to sleep.
Don't worry, Gardevoir, I appreciate you for your movepool. You've gotten me out of a couple tough situations.
I just thought that Ralts was neat in my first Pokemon Ruby, and my Gardevoir just tore apart half of the game, so the whole Ralts line has a special place in my heart

Stats and movepool. I don't think there's been a single game since Ruby/Sapphire that had the Ralts line available where I didn't have a Gardevoir or Gallade on my final team.
And in PLA they added Ice Beam to Gardevoir's movepool, very nice.

I was fortunate enough to not run into any glitches during my play through. I had a genuinely fun time playing and actually enjoyed the sort of low graphics landscape, it reminds me of Mario 64, but also feels like a totally new game

I had perfected a strat for guaranteeing captures with no stealth or extra items.

2 dodge attack
3 backstrike with Pokemon
4 use hypnosis/sleep move
4.5 run if failed and go back to step 2/3
5 throw gigaton ball
While the Pokemon is stunned from the backstrike, throwing pokeballs in battle get the bonus, but you also get a free turn. So you can stack the backstrike multiplier from heavy ball with status multipliers.
This opens the possibility of us being related to Mars in the future.
