I just told my ex I was letting go. I ended the relationship 9 months ago and out of no where he started calling my mom and texting me. I engaged in conversing with him. He started standing me up, breaking dates at the last minute and not texting or calling back. I decided not to get angry or even address the situation. I simply said, this is not working for me and I’ve decided I’m letting go. I wished him happiness. When you realize you’re not good for each other it’s easy to walk away for you.
I just leave .. I can’t be with someone I can’t trust. I’ll keep bringing it up & stressing myself out. & I can do without all that stress in my life. Maybe I’m too tough idk, but I need my peace.

I don't think it's hard. I think if he into you he's respectful. I think women should watch how he acts through the first few months in public around different type of women, also more importantly what he runs about women in general. I think what he says and think about women says a lot because beauty is beauty but toy know it's extra when he starts to compare, belittle, looks at other women in purpose when you are having a disagreement or to look to purposely to get you mad, put too go on and on and on and on about how a particular woman looked if it's not in the conversation
I was out with a male companion and this woman walked by. Him and I was talking, when she passed he undressed her with his eyes. I handled it very mature and classy. I stated to him, “I know you’re a man and you’re going to look. But it became disrespectful when you stared and forgot I was sitting across from you. I see a lot of handsome men when you and I are around. I don’t stare, but I may glance because I know the line between respect and disrespect. You wouldn’t want me to do it to you.” To make a long story short, it showed me I couldn’t trust him. He apologized but also stated “I’m going to try and be on my best behavior moving forward.” That was a red flag and it showed me he would let temptation get the best of him. I knew he would be a cheater and I fell back.
Men are more visual than women and are gonna look at other women. What matters is if he is respectful or disrespectful with it! A man that cares about his woman will be respectful.
I learned that I had to forgive someone who wasn't even sorry .They never admitted to anything or apologized but I learned to be with ok with it and move on. This message was right on time.
I’m currently doing no contact. My ex cheated on me emotionally with his best friend and others. He says he loves me but they are entertainment when bored. The trust is completely gone between us and I want him to feel exactly what it is he wanted out of these women. Show him the grass isn’t always greener. You can forgive and deal with and love them from a distance. But to not forgive at all dear heart that is for your sake. If you cannot forgive, your Heavenly Father WILL NOT AND CANNOT FORGIVE YOU. When you don’t forgive, it causes ailment in the body (a proven fact). Please learn to forgive. It does not mean you have get back with them or allow them to treat you any type of way. I totally agree with Mr. Gaskins. A cheater loses all cretidation, and in order to regain trust from the one who was offended, they should make that person their accountability partner. And in the same token maybe it's better to leave and allow that person to heal, rather than live under the microscope of disgrace.

I have a person keeps coming in and out of life. He told me he slept with another woman because he needed to feel that comfort at that time but, he does not love her he loves me. It was exactly this advice you gave in another video, Tony, that prevented me from going back with an ex. I gave him your reasons and suggested he listen to your shows for men, at least. Furthermore, his weekly touch bases with his filler ex he cheated on another before me and on me was a deal breaker I knew would be a reason to hold a grudge and act out upon. It just wasn't worth it for anyone. Life is too short. Haven't heard from him since that long conversation (which was over 4 yrs since we broke up) about forgiveness, "forgetting" and everyone blocking their blessings. Your absolutely right Brother Tony. Unfortunately I'm the one who was let go of. I just had my memorial service on Saturday and my girlfriend broke up with me less than 24 hours before my service for him. It's been the hardest time of my life😞 There was a woman who I deleted off my IG page that I've known since high school. Were in just different places in life. She cussed me out on a msg. I blocked her. For some reason she waited a month and inboxed my gf and cussed at her also. My gf was hurt and blamed me for it. Saying that's the last draw. In our relationship the past year I've had friends and FB and IG friends who weren't fans of us being together. So she has been harassed. Shes even gone as far as texting them. I had no problems up until this year. No one ever disrespected anyone I was with or dated. So I never seen signs of problems or jealousy. So it's been a struggle. There were some I had no business having on my page. Some that I flirted with not too long before being with her. But honestly I ddnt even thinn of them. The most they did was comment on our posts. She thought of it as they were rubbing it in her face that i used to flirt with them. Then there were friends who were close to me for years from church. Plutonic that I was forced to let go of because of issues they caused. 2 women were on my page that I lied about flirting with because 1 I flirted with in HS over 23 years ago. Since then we've only been FB friends. Shes had kids and in a relationship and I'm happy for her. The other I flirted with 7-8 yrs ago but realized it wouldnt work between us. So we just remained FB friends. Since then shes got married and I'm happy for her. I dont even txt or in ox these women. Every now and then see a post and comment. People grow up. Time goes on. Life happens. And people change. The way u felt years ago doesnt mean it's the same today. And if it was that I would have disconnected and dismissed. I never slept with any of these women. I can be truthful. But I guess she blamed me for not knowing they would come at her. She would say she forgave me. Then never did. Then forgave me. Then still never did. It was like a yo yo. I was a prisoner of shed flip flop with forgiveness. I can take responsibility on there were some women who ddnt match my faith based beliefs. I had no business staying in contact with or still follow certain women not positive. I man up and accept that. But I've personally deleted and scrubbed my FB and IG page for our relationship. Whether it should've been done before at least I was willing to do it. Its caused heated arguments. And we broke up once during that time. But since then my father has gotten really sick really fast. And the last 3 months I've been depressed dealing with my father and her constantly reminding me of what these so called friends did. In the last 2 weeks she broke up with me 3 times. (1) Hours before my father died. (2) A week after that. (3) Hours before my fathers memorial service a day ago. I've been through alot. Mourning my father and losing a relationship😞 She told her parents, counselor, and friends why and made me out to be a flirtatious cheater. Which wasnt true. I never cheated or flirted while in a relationship with her. But I've been held prisoner of things of my past, my choice in friends, and failure in preparing. I've felt the worst I've ever felt. IF I was suicidal I'd b dead. Thk God I believe theres joy at the end of the road. As bad a villain as I've been made ou to be I've taken care of her. She hasnt been able to find a job since living with me. Yet tho I'm not rich I pay for her phone, gas, food, and little things that I can. Even now while she has dissed me and hurt me and made everyone look at me in a bad way I still have taken care of her. I've allowed her to stay one more month to save a few checks to have savings and b able to find a place. And I love her daughter enough I dont want her mom on the streets. But yet her parents, friends, counselor dont see that compassion. Yet I'm doing this after her breaking up with me while losing my father. I'm far from perfect. Guilty of things I did wrong in our relationship. I own up to all my wrongs. But I dont think I deserved the relationship to end 3 times since my dads death and hours before his memorial. And yet she doesng understand why if she talks to me why I sound angry, hurt, or mad? And not yell but my voice heightened? Shes 27 and I'm 43. And she doesnt know why I'm so angry and hurt and why I cant talk in a pleasant normal voice. I'll repeat again I lost my dad unexpectedly and she broke up with me 3 times since then! U figure it out! I'll remember this. I'm not a perfect man. But I am going to go to therapy for my dads passing and dealing with the mistakes I made with her. I want to b a better man for the right woman. I know I can and I will. I have a good support system of Christian friends. Plus your videos have helped me grow. I no longer watch them for her but to b a better version of me. I'm sorry Brother Tony and anyone else for writing all this. Maybe it's a form of therapy in dealing with my dad and being let go. But to answer "When To Let Go?" When the person breaks up with u multiple times. When the person goes back and forth on forgiving u. When the person constantly brings up all u did wrong keeps a prisoner of that. Then it's time to let go!😞🙏

This came on time. My ex was verbally and emotionally abusive. I got so tired. He admitted that during a “break” that I wasn’t aware we were on, he received oral sex from a woman and almost went further. I told him that was it for me. I forgave him because I now understand he wasn’t ready for the type of relationship I was expecting of him. He won’t let go. He feels he need to prove he’s changed etc. I told him I can’t get past the oral sex etc. He just won’t let me go on. I feel like he can grow and I can grow separately.

I think women should watch how he acts through the first few months in public around different type of women, also more importantly what he runs about women in general. I think what he says and think about women says a lot because beauty is beauty but toy know it's extra when he starts to compare, belittle, looks at other women in purpose when you are having a disagreement or to look to purposely to get you mad, put too go on and on and on and on about how a particular woman looked if it's not in the conversation
I was out with a male companion and this woman walked by. Him and I was talking, when she passed he undressed her with his eyes. I handled it very mature and classy. I stated to him, “I know you’re a man and you’re going to look. But it became disrespectful when you stared and forgot I was sitting across from you. I see a lot of handsome men when you and I are around. I don’t stare, but I may glance because I know the line between respect and disrespect. You wouldn’t want me to do it to you.” To make a long story short, it showed me I couldn’t trust him. He apologized but also stated “I’m going to try and be on my best behavior moving forward.” That was a red flag and it showed me he would let temptation get the best of him. I knew he would be a cheater and I fell back.
It's good you have discernment to realize the red flags early and got out of the situation before your heart got involved. Smart move!

I totally agree with Mr. Gaskins. A cheater loses all cretidation, and in order to regain trust from the one who was offended, they should make that person their accountability partner. Furthermore, his weekly touch bases with his filler ex he cheated on another before me and on me was a deal breaker I knew would be a reason to hold a grudge and act out upon. It just wasn't worth it for anyone. Life is too short. Haven't heard from him since that long conversation (which was over 4 yrs since we broke up) about forgiveness, "forgetting" and everyone blocking their blessings. I just had my memorial service on Saturday and my girlfriend broke up with me less than 24 hours before my service for him. It's been the hardest time of my life😞 There was a woman who I deleted off my IG page that I've known since high school. Were in just different places in life. She cussed me out on a msg. I blocked her. For some reason she waited a month and inboxed my gf and cussed at her also. My gf was hurt and blamed me for it. Saying that's the last draw.
In our relationship the past year I've had friends and FB and IG friends who weren't fans of us being together. So she has been harassed. Shes even gone as far as texting them. I had no problems up until this year. No one ever disrespected anyone I was with or dated. So I never seen signs of problems or jealousy. So it's been a struggle.
There were some I had no business having on my page. Some that I flirted with not too long before being with her. But honestly I ddnt even thinn of them. The most they did was comment on our posts. She thought of it as they were rubbing it in her face that i used to flirt with them. Then there were friends who were close to me for years from church. Plutonic that I was forced to let go of because of issues they caused. 2 women were on my page that I lied about flirting with because 1 I flirted with in HS over 23 years ago. Since then we've only been FB friends. Shes had kids and in a relationship and I'm happy for her. The other I flirted with 7-8 yrs ago but realized it wouldnt work between us. So we just remained FB friends. Since then shes got married and I'm happy for her. I dont even txt or in ox these women. Every now and then see a post and comment.
People grow up. Time goes on. Life happens. And people change. The way u felt years ago doesnt mean it's the same today. And if it was that I would have disconnected and dismissed.
I never slept with any of these women. I can be truthful. But I guess she blamed me for not knowing they would come at her. She would say she forgave me. Then never did. Then forgave me. Then still never did. It was like a yo yo. I was a prisoner of shed flip flop with forgiveness.
I can take responsibility on there were some women who ddnt match my faith based beliefs. I had no business staying in contact with or still follow certain women not positive. I man up and accept that. But I've personally deleted and scrubbed my FB and IG page for our relationship. Whether it should've been done before at least I was willing to do it. Its caused heated arguments. And we broke up once during that time.
But since then my father has gotten really sick really fast. And the last 3 months I've been depressed dealing with my father and her constantly reminding me of what these so called friends did.
In the last 2 weeks she broke up with me 3 times. (1) Hours before my father died. (2) A week after that. (3) Hours before my fathers memorial service a day ago. I've been through alot. Mourning my father and losing a relationship😞
She told her parents, counselor, and friends why and made me out to be a flirtatious cheater. Which wasnt true. I never cheated or flirted while in a relationship with her. But I've been held prisoner of things of my past, my choice in friends, and failure in preparing. I've felt the worst I've ever felt. IF I was suicidal I'd b dead. Thk God I believe theres joy at the end of the road.
As bad a villain as I've been made ou to be I've taken care of her. She hasnt been able to find a job since living with me. Yet tho I'm not rich I pay for her phone, gas, food, and little things that I can. Even now while she has dissed me and hurt me and made everyone look at me in a bad way I still have taken care of her. I've allowed her to stay one more month to save a few checks to have savings and b able to find a place. And I love her daughter enough I dont want her mom on the streets. But yet her parents, friends, counselor dont see that compassion. Yet I'm doing this after her breaking up with me while losing my father. I'm far from perfect. Guilty of things I did wrong in our relationship. I own up to all my wrongs. But I dont think I deserved the relationship to end 3 times since my dads death and hours before his memorial. And yet she doesng understand why if she talks to me why I sound angry, hurt, or mad? And not yell but my voice heightened? Shes 27 and I'm 43. And she doesnt know why I'm so angry and hurt and why I cant talk in a pleasant normal voice. I'll repeat again I lost my dad unexpectedly and she broke up with me 3 times since then! U figure it out!
I'll remember this. I'm not a perfect man. But I am going to go to therapy for my dads passing and dealing with the mistakes I made with her. I want to b a better man for the right woman. I know I can and I will. I have a good support system of Christian friends. Plus your videos have helped me grow. I no longer watch them for her but to b a better version of me.

This came on time. My ex was verbally and emotionally abusive. I got so tired. He admitted that during a “break” that I wasn’t aware we were on, he received oral sex from a woman and almost went further. I told him that was it for me. I forgave him because I now understand he wasn’t ready for the type of relationship I was expecting of him. He won’t let go. He feels he need to prove he’s changed etc. I told him I can’t get past the oral sex etc. He just won’t let me go on. I feel like he can grow and I can grow separately.

I can honestly say that I have never caught any man in any of my relationships looking at another woman to the point where I ever caught it .
