This reaction, THIS is why I, why WE, Bipolar's keep coming back! We may have found you thru a favorite group, or whatever, but it's YOU, your reaction, your heartfelt honesty that keeps us BIPOLAR'S coming back! Thank You! ❤️
This song was one I listened to for hope when my 1 year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia the day after her first birthday. She kicked cancers butt and is 17 now and doing great. Thank for the heartfelt reaction.
Great heart touching song/lyrics/meaning. RFlatts is such a great group and they have great vocals! Give a few songs a listen to such as "My Wish", "What hurts the most" and "I'm moving on". Enjoy!
This song always hits me hard. I was a little bit older than Sarabeth, but I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. They couldn't do anything for nearly 7 months. Very experimental radioactive antibiotics (chemo in a pill), did the job, cancer gone. Ten years later, my teeth started crumbling. Hair and nails were never affected, but there was no hope for my teeth. 35 years later, I'm still fighting to find a dentist who doesn't ask 'what sort of drugs have you been taking all these years?' - they assume meth or similar. Sorry folks, just chemo. I was lucky, very lucky, and I know it. Your reaction and comments were beautiful! Heart-warming and honest, which I know to always expect from you. Thank you for your compassion and respect when dealing with the tougher aspects of humanity. Much love and gratitude!
Our youngest son (23) was just diagnosed with testicular cancer! The most recent study has proven that it attacks male's in the ages from 15-35 years of age! Have all the young male's test/check correctly and often!...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
I forgot what this song was until it started playing. After six years of dealing with thyroid cancer, I have been told it's incurable now. This song hits me right in the feels.
My son just graduated high school last May. He's already lost two classmates. His friend passed away from cancer, just a few months after graduation. He lost another friend, just a couple weeks ago. An awful lot for a 19 year old to deal with. Very nice reaction sir.
This is a true story about Sara Beth. She lived in Kentucky. She passed away a few months before graduation. I know this story because I went through it but, I was one of the lucky ones. Cancer free for 5 years!
I'm a 57 year old American Infantry veteran and I have never made it through this song without crying like a baby. I love the change in the third chorus where it went from 'her very first love' and changed to "her very first true love".
I lived this life at age 12. I was in the Fort Worth Ballet training to be in The Nutcracker that Christmas. I began feeling sharp pains when I would go on Point. Meaning when you see dancers go on their tip toes. I had bone cancer. I became a paraplegic plus my right leg was taken off above the knee. I had forgotten this song. Of course I’m crying my eyes out right now. I’m so happy to see a “ reaction video “ where the presenter isn’t afraid to show his feelings. Bless you Sir🙏❤️
This is such a lovely song and story--but has always been SO hard to hear/watch. 😭 But this time is very different for me--it's the first time I've allowed myself to listen to/watch this one since I got my own cancer diagnosis in 2019. It's undoubtedly tough to deal with the emotions songs like this conjure up (and I'm fairly sure they don't end up on many daily playlists), but in their own way they are the best of the best--because music that moves us fulfills the very purpose of music. And I appreciate very deeply those courageous enough to perform the difficult ones for us so beautifully 🥹
Of course it gets you. That is the intent of the song, the beauty in the story of the song is to ground the listener and make them aware of the problems and difficulties that people face in this life and how a simple act of reaching out or kindness can change the life of another human being "her very first true love was holding her tight...for a moment she isn't scared".
It has been a long time since I’d heard this, so didn’t remember it until it started. My bestie cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer at 36, with no history in our family. Her husband did the same as the young man in the video. She’s a survivor. But songs like this take me right back to the days she was so thin and exhausted. 😢
This is the first time in awhile that I've seen this video. It brings tears to my eyes everytime I hear it. Death of people from cancer is an absolutely horrible disease. I truly enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
Thank you for always being genuine, truthful, and a thoughtful and compassionate human being. Some of the things you say have such insight and is wonderfuly worded. Thank you for the new video and I hope that you are feeling and doing better.
This song gets me every time I listen to it. Your openness and honesty about how the song makes you feel is one of the reasons I love you and your reactions. Him shaving his head is so important in the way she sees herself. I have alopecia and lost ALL my hair head to toe in 2005 - 2006. My husband and my son both shaved their heads for me and it was so touching. I know it is not cancer and it is not something I can lose my life over. I just understand the emotional trauma of losing your hair especially as a female. Thank you for your honesty and message.
i remember when this song came out. i had to pull over every time it came on the radio and i was driving. i still cry when i hear it, it probably affects me more now that i have 4 kids
You are such an awesome human being with a huge heart! Love listening to your reactions for many reasons but this one encompassed many of your best attributes. You appreciate good music from all genres, you pay attention to the lyrics and songs always do to you what they're supposed to do...speak to you. Thank you for always giving such honest and heart felt reactions and for not being afraid to let songs get to you.
Please react to the new version of My Funny Valentine by Angelina Jordan, at 16 years old, released February 14. This is perhaps her best vocal perfomance to date, in my opinión ruclips.net/video/bWiLOnHJYxg/видео.html

I hate that song and I love it too. Always gets to me. Beautiful comments Michael. ❤️🙏
Before he even starts, I was going to say the same thing @realbser56! 😭🥺
This is one of my favorite songs. Rascal Flatts harmonize so well together.

I would love to know the inspiration to this beautiful song.
I was recently diagnosed with cancer so this song truly has touched me in a whole different way than it ever did before.
