What if the rock we know as the entity was actually a part of the mega base but somehow got separated and is now slowly gathering resources around it in an attempt to rebuild itself and what it once was. You could make a "Perhaps You Perished Package" which cost 100 Diamonds and include Elytra, Rockets, Full Set Of Diamond Gear and Tools. You could make a "Did You Die Deal" too, which cost 60 Diamonds but don't have an Elytra, Rockets, a Diamond Shovel or Axe. If you want for an additional 10 Diamonds you could make "Special Editions" for these like you did last season for Scar, when you renamed everything in a Sympathy Edition.
I doubt he will see this buried under all the other comments, but instead of constantly having to shear the glowberries and vines to keep them from over-growing, he can just get them to a preferred hight/length then place string under them to stop them from growing any longer :)

I'd name the shop "Did You Die?" and name the boxes individually: Spelunking, Being a tree-lover, Death by Misadventure, Pure Stupidity, Did an Oopsie, Pushed a button... using terms all the hermits use and adding a few more.

Instead of naming your boxes "Did you die" how about being more specific: "Did you try to swim in lava?" "Did you experience kinetic energy?" etc. Basically, one box for each of the most common death messages for Hermits.
For Bdubs: "Did you experience Intentional Game Design?" Yes, I know it was Grian tricking him to go to bed in the nether, but that moment will stay with me forever.
Grain how about "Did you Demise? Box with a Surprise!" Basically it is a "Did You Die Box renamed to a "Did You Dimise Box" but each box includes a special Item re skinned so people don't know what it is, but it could be anything from Potion of Poison or Potion of Healing. The surprise could look like the ones in Mario Cart.
Technically you can enter a portal that is in the nether coordinates equivalent of the vault, and also you can't break blocks but you can you just place block that modify blocks next to them? Like moss, pistons, tnts, water, and stuff!
Alternatives for the Did you die box and Did you perish parcel: the Have you deceased depository, the Got culled container, the Passed away pack, the Did you expire envelope, and finally the Rest in peace receptacle That should be enough for a few seasons :P

its been an year since this episode came out and no one noticed how grian forgot he had a netherite pickaxe that does not burn in lava, so he essentially left it to despawn.
I find it funny that with OctoDrop everyone is so focused on the red rings when, after the first run, it should be clear that you're missing out so many points by going for the red ones because they only give 2 and you're missing 3 or 4 of the other rings. So the red rings are a trap that everyone seems to fall far.
Once the “big” vault is completed, you should consider doing an “Oceans 11” inspired storyline, like “Grian’s 11”. “Danny Grian” recruits several of the best thieves and con-artists on Hermitcraft to help him execute the ultimate heist against server magnate “Mumbo Bumbodict”. 🤣
I'm hoping they recruit zombieclio to make a armorstand hiest crew. The plan in the hideout, fake recon outside, how they got in, where scar died, etc. Just the hermit antics version of a hiest movie.
The moment Grian mentioned "earthquakes" and stuff to knock each tower down so yours will be higher I immediately thought of season 6 where they build their houses up until the build limit and i remember the sabotages that happened like lasers rockets dragons and giant plants.

I LOVED the way you conveyed a look of damage, and it actually inspired me to do a build on my Factions server, my first time telling a story with a build- it's a building with a copper dome roof, mostly oxidized from age, with a hole in it, and surrounding that hole is de-oxidized copper, as if lightning shot a hole through the roof and de-oxidized the copper around the hole.
You could call the "Did you Die Box"es something like "In Case you Croaked Crate" or "If you Check out Chest" or "In the Event of you Expiring Package" (or "In the Event that you Expire Package" package works because of the p in expire)
An idea for a box like the "Did You Die" box could be a "Relinquish, Respawn, and Retrieve Box." Oh and yes, I do think you should do another box / gear system like that.

Grian's scores: First run: 12 Second Run: 11 Third Run: 13. He misscounted by one, he should be tied with Impulce for second place. It's easy to do it, I had to watch that part several times to get the count right
I still think having one of the columns “crumbling” or “collapsed” to make it look more ancient would be great. I still love the neoclassical build though.

I find it funny that with OctoDrop everyone is so focused on the red rings when, after the first run, it should be clear that you're missing out so many points by going for the red ones because they only give 2 and you're missing 3 or 4 of the other rings.
So the red rings are a trap that everyone seems to fall far.

I honestly expected that the vault was going to be openable by *placing* a redstone torch. Firstly, because of the emphasis on not breaking blocks, and secondly because a redstone torch key is one of Mumbo's favorites.

I LOVED the way you conveyed a look of damage, and it actually inspired me to do a build on my Factions server, my first time telling a story with a build- it's a building with a copper dome roof, mostly oxidized from age, with a hole in it, and surrounding that hole is de-oxidized copper, as if lightning shot a hole through the roof and de-oxidized the copper around the hole.

You could call the "Did you Die Box"es something like "In Case you Croaked Crate" or "If you Check out Chest" or "In the Event of you Expiring Package" (or "In the Event that you Expire Package" package works because of the p in expire)

I also want to say how good of a sport you are to do this with Mumbo. You will always be at a disadvantage in this but it is EXTREMELY entertaining!
