Great video mate, loved seeing your photos from Dinorwig! You captured the mood perfectly! I find hearing the thought process behind any given image really fascinating. Just understanding what draws you to a scene and hearing the stories you're imagining as you're taking the those photos - super insightful! 👌🏻📸
Valid points, useful content, capably presented w/o distracting hype, amiable host - just subscribed. Recognizing potential story in a scene takes practice and empathy, IMO. Human element in first image too small to register story line, IMO, but pic w/boat gets closer. Abandoned buildings lend themselves nicely to getting viewers curious. Suggestion: number pics to help viewers comment on images. Turn up heat😊 already. Cheers!
Not sure if I understand you correctly... if a picture tells a story when you can make all these questions like “Who is that person?”, What is he doing or thinking?”, “Why are all those things there?” etc. - wouldn’t then every picture tell a story? I mean, even if I just take random pictures of people in the street I could always ask who they are, what they are doing etc. I personally doubt that a single picture can tell a real story but I guess it all depends on what each of us understands of being a story. In any case, nice video!
Being a visual storyteller aint that easy, at least for me. As I photograph a lot events in or around our town, I always tell myself to tell the story with as less photos as possible. I'm not that good at it yet :P
