- After a couple of months I have decided to sit down and talk about my hair loss journey. This video is a bit longer, but I wanted to include everything & how I dealt with loosing my hair at 21 years old.
If you experience hair loss or know someone who does, I hope this video helps and inspires you to create conversation! More people deal with Alopecia than we realize, and I think it is something worth talking about!

I lost most of my beautiful thick long hair at 21 I was crushed grew it all back took years and enjoyed 5 years of beautiful waist length hair , it's happening again , I feel absolutely devastated and truly believe it's a grieving process
I love you story. I went through a similar situation in losing something that I loved. It's amazing how God works in situations like this. Thank you for sharing. ❤️
I have a similar story so I know what you're going through. It's very hard to deal with, the thought of losing my hair was crushing, but there is hope. I found two circular bald spots on the back of my head. My dermatologist diagnosed me with alopecia. She gave me shots of cortisone in the bald spot and the hair grew back. This was five years ago and I haven't experienced any more hair loss. Hopefully you won't either. Just know you are not alone and thank you for being so brave and sharing your story.
I'm in tears watching your video. Everything you said describes exactly how I'm feeling. I found out I have alopecia a few weeks ago, and it's been so hard on my self esteem and mental health. Have you seen a dermatologist? Can you give us an update on your hair?
Alopecia can be scary, I don't have it but here's my story
thank you for the video. Would you be able to talk about what treatments you have tried and what has helped?
thats a great story......
This happened to be after a severe car accident where I broke my neck and had to wear a halo for 3 months. A spot the size of a quarter appeared near my forehead and at first I started to feel my hair thinning out and I freaked out but everyone thought I'm was crazy and I was just imagining it until the quarter size bald spot appeared. I honestly thought I was going to go bald. I asked my doctor about it but he was absolutely no help; then I started to do my own research but like you said it's a bad idea to try to self diagnose yourself.
you are beautiful with or without hair!! just think there is always wigs and alternatives.. God bless!!
My mother had auto immune disease and she reversed it by not eating sugar for nine months and she got rid of the pain in her joints. Autoimmune affects people differently, but you might be able to change it. If you go without sugar it’s worth a try.
