Speaking to the kids in abusive homes that receive a break from that when they GO to school is a vital and important point. I remember hearing that the domestic violence reports have gone down during this time and that concern some. There are no words.

She's so right about kids who are in an abusive households. Their temporary escape is school, but now many are left with fulltime beatings and torture at home with maybe one or two parents. But not only kids, many women in abusive relationships and don't know how to escape may be faced now with a man who is home, 24/ 7 laid off, and even more angry who will take it out on the wife or kids. There's really no easy solution. But....if people stayed home, and followed the guidance of good leaders and the doctors, this would be over sooner than later. "Over" meaning when we have more cases recovered than sick, and more tests now of people who are essential workers, or non-essential, but their businesses have reopened. I worry about the children. So many are abused and no one knows, or they know and they don't know how to rescue them.
