Salt to your taste
To make the the white Sauce:
3 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup all purpose flour
3 cups of milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
250 g mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp white or black pepper
