Made this dish twice. Yesterday, my meat was perfect, but rice came out too sticky. Today, I made the stew with meat and cooked rice separately. I strained used the broth from stew to cook rice. I used spicier peppers, and It came out perfect. Thank you for posting, I feel international now 👍🏿

Chef, 1). why do you use dry lemons, will it not give bitterness? 2). Are you using 1 kg rice for 2 kg mutton ( my mother in law would do that, she was a very good cook) 3). How spicy is this Kabsa? 4). Where are you from? Love your recipes, Warm regards, From India
