First of all, the idea that vaccines cause autism has been disproven so many times that it isn’t even funny.
Secondly the medical industry is notoriously shady and shitty, that’s no secret, however correlation does not mean causation. It has been proven multiple times that vaccines are a large reason for measles and other diseases to nearly go extinct, to deny that is straight up stupid, I’m not calling you stupid and I don’t mean to sound insulting my apologies if I do.
What is your explanation for the return of measles in western society?

Phil tells half of the story or has forgotten about The Tuskeegee Experiment and when Bayer knowingly sold AIDS tainted blood products to poor countries. The Tuskeegee Experiment lasted 40 years and the Bayer episode killed tens of thousands....neither of those "medical services" were forced on anybody by their government. Not everybody thinks MMR causes Autism....some just dont think that Trump and Big Pharma need to tell us what/how much to pump into our children and ourselves. Vaccinations, like peanuts, are healthy for everybody except those who are hurt by them (a notable percentage of the population). It doesnt make peanuts bad, but means we shouldnt force peanuts on everybody willy-nilly. The fact that airplanes and schools often have peanut bans for this very reason shows that the logic on these things isnt consistent across the board.
Gekokujo76 one huge flaw in that argument is that someone else can’t contract an another persons allergy via contact. You are using peanuts as the thing to people are avoiding coming into contact to avoid illness , where as it is the measles and diseases others are trying to avoid. The greater risk far outways what ever false information has been drilled into people’s heads.

I watched parts of that video. I will never advocate doxing, especially of minors. People complain about Trump and how he acts. This rep's conduct was pretty sad. And I am not one to defend pro-life protesters hanging outside of a clinic. They can march and protest all they want. I personally feel they shouldn't be allowed outside of a clinic. You never know what services someone is going there for and they shouldn't have to deal with that on the way in or out.

If Riot is going to roll out anti-harassment training for new hires, are they going to roll it out to League players as well? Seems fitting that the most toxic online gaming environment has a toxic workforce behind it.
As a League player.... most of us have adapted to the environment Riot puts out that encourages toxicity. I.e the COO committing multiple counts of sexual assault on various men and even women across the workplace (ball-grabbing, farting on people, etc.) and he only got a 2 months suspension without pay. That's why I sell League accounts, despite it being against their TOS - using them for money because they're all shitty people. :) Pretty much everyone that sells League accounts is either a sociopath, a poor kid, or they're doing it for this exact reason. Fuck Riot man.
The anti-toxicity system that Riot Lyte made only made the game worse. There was less toxicity before that system was put out - pretty sure it's a well and known fact at this point... good job Riot Lyte, I'm sure a gay man who hates women (I think it was him that was, lol, it was one of them that hated women) and the CEO Mark Merrill who was boosted (season 2) - Riot Tryndamere - can make a great anti-toxicity system together.

When the rule is to save lives, I can be philosophical about it, but phil I think discussed responsibility. Ideally, a government should be able to use education and trust in the bulk of their citizenry making a pretty clear choice. It seems kinda a defeat for a government to accept that a chunk of the population need saving the lives of children forced on them. You at least hope that the lesson taken isn't that "people are stupid and we should immediately jump to creating laws to force them to behave like reasonable adults. Right, we're putting out a 1000 euro fine for anyone whose child is obese."

In the off chance someone does read this, this is about an on going murder trail here in my hometown of South Carolina Bluffton/Hampton county area.
Backstory of family
The person charged with the murder is part of the Murdaugh family. They are the biggest lawyer family around, they also have heavy ties to the solicitors office. With 3 Generations working for the office.
Case
The 20 year old Paul Murdaugh who was intoxicated at the time, is being charged for murder. This is his second time being charged for murder, the first was vehicular manslaughter with alcohol being a factor. He walked away nearly untouched even though he was under 21 and drinking. Fast forward a few years and now he killed another 19 year old girl on a boat. He already seems to be getting away with the police who claim "failing to do comprehensive test to see if he was drinking", and also refusing to release any other public information. We have an extremely unfair system here of old extremely rich family's controlling nearly everything. They are trying to cover this up and hide it from local media no local news has done any actually video segment about this. I understand this isn't problem that effects the mass population, but with a mass group of people this corruption can be exposed and ended.

It's funny. I got away from traditional media/television whatever to see real people, real conversations, stupid and fun and brand new ideas on youtube. It didn't have to be 10 million viewers+ or you fail. It didn't have to be suits and ties and "professionals" and only stuff that tests well with audiences. Everyone got a channel and everyone has the choice to watch a channel. Now they're all trying to become "legit" and Will Smith is here showing us how it's done. TV died and got replaced with RUclips and now RUclips is trying to become like TV.
RUclips used to be so fun, when people felt like the people they supported were regular people like us, those who did it for fun, many of the OG youtubers have left the platform because of how toxic it has become, and the new generation of youtubers only care about making money and being part of the “regular” celebrities, and that isn’t good, youtubers should be youtubers, the word should be uplifted and not taken as an inferior word for being a celebrity, there was a time when musicians were low, the word meant so little compare to now,that’s what they should do, not try to become “real” celebrities, they just want the money that comes with that, that’s not what youtube was or should be
I think a lot of them mistake subscriber-numbers with importance and skill.

I'm happy to see Riot taking this situation seriously, but I'm very nervous about the commitment to diversity hires.
We keep seeing this over and over with companies (and not without reason; it's a great PR move in the moment), where they pass over the most qualified employees and instead take employees that are less qualified but have the right skin color/gender/sexual identity/sexual orientation to allow them to fill out their diversity quota. They do this, turn these diversity hires into the ultimate pander as they wave that equality flag and proclaim themselves an ally for hiring based on race/gender/etc, and then scratch their head as their product's quality drops (because, again, they stopped hiring based solely on qualifications and started hiring based on identity/race/orientation).
I'm hoping to be wrong, but I'd be surprised if I was. It's happened too many times, in the games industry and beyond. The hires based on unchangeable physical characteristics begin, the company exploits these new diversity hires to prove how "woke" they are, the product suffers, the community pushes back, the company calls the community bigoted, and the community begins to flee the company that is actively insulting them. I actually like League of Legends. I don't want it to go the same way.
I understand where you're coming from, "Diversity hires" is a very loaded and scary term. But consider that in this case they were ALREADY doing what you are worried about, except passing over qualified candidates to make sure their workplace was comfortably male and possibly white. The practice of diversity hiring has always been the status quo, only was used to shut out any diversity which in turn stifles originality and accessibility that could come from hiring those less desired but likely qualified applicants. People see gaming as a white male culture, but it is not so, has not been for many years. It's time people stop seeing women and people of colour as "diversity" and accept that those groups have already been gaming for as long as they were free to do so.

Passing over a non-white-male because they lack the all-important white dangalang is just as bad in my eyes as passing over a qualified white male applicant because the higher-ups think the office is too white and male already. Where any company should be focusing is hiring the most qualified candidate, full stop. No consideration should be given when hiring based on race, sex, gender, country of origin, sexual orientation, or anything else that doesn't impact their ability to do what's needed for their job. Whichever way that pendulum swings, it's still hiring based on bigotry.
I get that they were already engaging in discriminatory hiring, but the fair solution isn't to discriminate the other way from now on, y'know?
The claim that because some place is overwhelmingly white is due to discrimination is just as absurd as the claim that NBA is overwhelmingly black because ... they are racist to whitey ... In capitalism, if you don't hire the best you go under...
And to introduce skin tone quotas - an actual discrimination based on race, just to combat discrimination that may be there or may be not .... is idiotic and racist. Equality is not equation and free people will not produce equation if everything is fair and just. Certain groups will be overrepresented in certain areas and certain people will be underrepresented. The connection between disparity and injustice that people on the left are pushing these days is idiotic. It was the same crap in my country when we were "building" communism. But our "phillosphy" was equality of outcome between classes ... the western variant is between races and genders. It's still the same crap.
