Got mine in the garage and going to install this week. Thank You! I miss having my husband around to help. It was nice to see you two doing this together. :-)
When you start to look for one, please shot me a message and I will help you out. I have a broad knowledge of almost all the current models and a few of the older ones. I can possibly even point you to some great sources of information.
@paulromberg i actually do not recall which one it was. I did not use a high end one, but considering these inexpensive ones still work on my wife's bike I am okay with them. I did have one issue the lens on one of them had condensation after riding in a heavy Florida rain storm. I removed the light and let it dry out. Once dried out I used clear silicone and ran it along the seam where the lens and light body meet. This did the job I have not had another issue with condensation. My new to me bike came with LEDs already from the previous owner, so I did not have to mess with them.
She had trouble getting the headlight to line up and fit flush and she said, “Should there be a gap here?” And you skipped how she got it flush. My headlight doesn’t fit flush and it will not accept all 3 notches. I have a 2016 heritage softail classic. The plug on the headlight also doesn’t go in all the way to the receptacle. Did you do anything to get that headlight to fit flush because a response and video to her question was exactly what I have been searching all over RUclips for. Any suggestions would surely be appreciated! Thanks.
It has been so long, that I do not recall. I will try to look at it amd see if I can recall. Also, hers is a 2008 , I am not sure if the headlight assembly is the same.

This video helped me out so much. I'm not to mechanical. But literally every ounce of this video made it so much easier. Thank you

I trust your quality control team more than any dealership.
Nice! Just installed LED lights on my 06 Heritage Softail. Love them 👍
Thank you, we are pleased with the results.
Do I need to change any of the relays or anything? I have an 04 I just I wanted to switch but I haven’t looked too much into it.

I bought Eagle Light LED’s for all 3 front lights. Plug and play. The LED is much brighter!
Thanks guys. I’ve been putting this off but I can see it pretty basic. Which is a good thing!
Like anything you do for the first time be patient and do not force it.
You fast forwarded through the part I really needed to see.
@ronnym1977 what part, maybe I can explain or help.
awesome video! I am going to buy an Harley pretty soon!

Lining the headlight housing with aluminum foil would make these even better!
Excelent video... what brand of kit do you use? Que marca es el kit que utilizaste?

Thanks for the Information. Saved my ass before attempting to do it myself...... then not being able put back together
You are welcome. Glad that I was able to help.
Do you have a link for these headlights? I don’t wanna get something wrong.
No I do not, but you can find them on Amazon or Motorcycle parts Sellers
Where did you get the led replacement lights
Amazon.
What was the brand on Amazon? Thanks great video.
Are they by Sunpie or Truckmall?
I believe they were Sunpie.
I keep getting flashed while using these, any tips?
Yes, they can be adjusted. Lower the beam a little at a time until you stop getting flashed and can still see safely.
Way to pan away right as she takes the cover off. Having trouble getting mine off
Excellent 👍👍✌✌🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
On my heritage the passing lamps did not fit at all
That is odd, what year is it. I have an 06 and my wife's bike is an 08 and they both fit. I had sealed beams on mine and hers had the Halogen ones.
BRAND NAME ??? DID I MISS SOMETHING ???
I did not give one. They are a pair I bought off of Amazon. They are holding up pretty well. One does fog a little in heavy rain.
I trust your quality control team more than any dealership
Same here they help out a lot.
