@@drummer4mysavior bottom heads get tuned pretty high and even in pitch so it produces a clear note, but not so high that it chokes. Heads can take a surprising amount of tension, so go up by quarter turns until it responds like you want!
I want this snare, but I'm in trouble because there are no shops in Japan that will send it to me or sell it. I would be happy if you could tell me if there is a better way.
Shipping exclusive drums over international borders can be a bit dicey, but send us an email at sales@2112online.com and we'll see what we can do for you!
@@ace3203 I get this question all the time. There's no specific pitch. It is nearly table-top right but still producing a clear note, and tuned evenly across the whole head, not loosened around the snare beds. Bottom head does not change throughout the whole video.
It's the drummer's touch that makes this drums sound so beautiful.
Best snare period
I love the loud brushes of this thing. Man that snare is amazing. Chris’s old BB is still the best snare I’d ever played.
Brass snares do seem to work exceptionally well for brushes!
Had to sub after hearing Highway Jones as the intro. Best CD on the last 30 Years.
What a great presentation on this beautiful instrument. Great job guys! 👍🏼
Ludwig Black Beauty snares always a winner
Going to have to save up for this one. Never knew I needed ANOTHER snare until now.
Ludwig best snares there are
Ludwig Black Beauty, to whom all shall be compared.

Sick Nasty demo of a sick nasty snare. Great showcase guys!

I haven't received any emails since then! I really want this snare. Is there any way to send it to Japan?
I would like to use this snare drum to perform the best live show in Japan. I will treasure it forever. Thank you.
Maybe it's out of stock. I just checked the website. What a shame.
When tuning it high what is your reso head tuned to ?

Aw c’mon. This just isn’t fair.
