Can you please tell me where the gold caravans are situated on the park? As my friend has COPD and I have to keep things like hills and walking distance to the clubhouse etc in mind.
Also, they’re advertising the gold caravans with ‘wrap around’ decking . I noticed that one had a seating area on one end . Do you know if you have to request the all round decking vans? Thank you in advance.
@@Rudy_Nuff No worries at all I'm glad it helped 🙂 That's an amazing idea they will definitely have a great time. As far as I'm aware they are all scattered around the park there is not one particular location that holds each grade of Caravan, that's what I believe from looking around the park. As some people prefer to be located near the beach, some prefer near the entertainment/ facilities and some prefer in the middle, hence why they scatter them so everyone in each grade has choice (as far as I'm aware). Oh right, walking to the main facilities can be a long walk depending on where you're situated. The Area 'Norfolk' which this caravan is situated in is less than a minute walk to the main facilities. At the booking stage you can pay extra and pick the Caravan you would like, I believe this is done after booking, otherwise with no extra cost the park will allocate a caravan for you at random within the grade you booked, and you will be given the location 24 hours before your arrival on the Haven app.
@@Rudy_Nuff With the decking question I can give you the reception number for Haven Caister on sea so you can ask them if you like, I think I still have their number in the car, If you'd like it I'll find it for you. The caravan we got was not pre-booked we let Haven choose it for us at random. Very happy with what we got. The seating on the balcony is a nice touch we sit out there in the morning. I did notice some didn't have a table or seats just the balcony. I hope this helped.

There,s no way thats a gold grade caravan, gold comes with wrap around decking thats more like a silver, i certainly wouldnt be happy paying the amount they ask for gold to see that i have the equivalent of silver straight up to reception to complain, i want what i paid for GOLD with wrap around decking and much better quality outdoor furniture
On arrival the staff mentioned this was an upgrade they had done for us automatically. I asked a member of staff walking by and they said they would guess this was a Gold grade. You could be right I was only going by what the staff suggested the grade was. Either way we were happy as it was an upgrade to what I had expected to receive.
