- Cora Izone is a hostel in Coban, run by a local Guatemalan family. During my stay I enjoyed the family''s hospitality and explored the city of Coban. For the price of 50 Quetzales (around 6 Dollars) I got an authentic Guatemalan experience.

I've been watching your videos, they're enjoyable. I want to know why in El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua you visited their nicest areas, and here in Guatemala you chose our poorest and least touristic destinations? Why visit this part of Coban?
I just try to get as many local experiences. To me Coban was a great experience. The family running the hostel was really nice, I loved the vibe and the river adventure. Traveling is really always a surprise to me too 😂
