I’ve owned to whirlpools 1 was a whirlpool aqua line 1000 back in late 00s the other a standard whirlpool inspirations 1200 which was a bit loud but had it for a few years and was at least 6 years old when I had it was a good machine everyone slag’s whirlpool but I had no problems Montpellier and service was the 2 worst ever brands I’ve owned. I was going to get one of these zens but could t find it in silver so got lg instead. But do love the look of this one pitty it’s rusting away indesit and beko are the worst for rusting in my experience.
had one of these in storage told it was new. when plugged in it turns on itself but is stuck in lock mode. tried pressing lock key for 3 seconds but it does not unlock it. any ideas if this would be a faulty control board?

That's why I was finding it hard to get the error codes as this is the direct drive motor with no tachometer, and the hall sensor is built into the circuitry
