    This is probably the best how-to I’ve come across.
    The editing, the animations, the examples, the detailed information… everything was perfect.
    Thank you for sharing 🙏

    I’ve been barspinning 8 years now, my favourite trick - this video covers every tip you could think of that makes a difference!
    The 1 handlers helped me loads with confidence, then practice throws taught me how to catch - trial and error was the rest.
    To the video creator - damn dude what a video this is sooo sick I wish I had this type of learning material when I was hunting for barspin tips on RUclips back in the day - please keep these up, we’re gonna see some crazy good kids coming up if you do a complete series 🫡😂

      Honestly, that’s why I’m making these. When I was started riding, there weren’t many tutorials and being the only one that rode in my area, I had to figure a lot out myself. I’m trying to make the content that would have helped me out the most when learning

    This is literally the best how too for bars. I'm pretty sure I've watched every one. I'm even a member of bike school(which is really good!). The problem with most tutorials is that they don't go over enough of how to set up the hop. The hop is completely different and I appreciate you boss for taking so much time to cover it and cover it well!!! Feet knees all of it! You're the man.

    This is hands down the best tutorial out of like 150 I saw. Would you maybe do a video about the hop itself? I still don’t understand how to jump while keeping my legs in the position you show?

    Awesome tutorial.... I remember getting comfortable w/ them quickly then doing every version I could like one handed throw and catch and switch and even underhanded. I also do bmx trials riding to get my bike control back after a winter off so I'm kind of unorthodox.... 😂

    barspin is the scariest trick I ever tried but they look so cool. I can do whips and almost double whips at our park at the airbag but barspin is the one trick that I hate. I tried it a few times on the airbag and two or three tries were good but the other ones almost killed me. This video really helps and I hope I can beat the anxiousness and try barspins flat. Also this video showed that doing it on an airbag were im 2m in the air is a really stupid idea😂

    Do you know what causes the rear tyre to slam down hard stopping the bars at 3/4s? Did you have this issue?

    • @SlowGrindBMX
      @SlowGrindBMX  27 дней назад +1

      You’re probably standing up halfway through the throw similar to what’s shown at 7:15. You have to stay locked in

    • @theoriginalmars
      @theoriginalmars 23 дня назад

      @@SlowGrindBMXthanks so much - by ‘locked in’ I assume you mean keeping core tight and legs sucked up creating a ‘floaty hop’?

    • @SlowGrindBMX
      @SlowGrindBMX  21 день назад +1

      I personally don’t focus on keeping my core tight. By locked in I mean to keep your legs pinched and your hips bent so your upper body stays over the bike as opposed to standing straight up and pushing the bike away from yourself

    • @theoriginalmars
      @theoriginalmars 16 дней назад

      Ok thanks 🙏 I watched a clip of myself doing one and I do slightly stand up straight midair, will keep my torso more forward for now thanks :)

    There's enough of space for barspin at any height. You can do it without hop, with 1cm hop, etc..

    • @SlowGrindBMX
      @SlowGrindBMX  2 месяца назад

      Please show me a clean barspin 1 cm high

    • @RealityBubbles
      @RealityBubbles 2 месяца назад

      @@SlowGrindBMX I do not know the scale of cleaness you meant. It's doable and clean enough for me. Not like I'm using this possibility :D I prefer to do full-in-air barspin like you. May be I'll shoot it sometimes and let you know if I succeed.
