When I hit Tools it prompts me for my 4 digit pass code. I enter it. It goes right back to the Home screen. And I'm needing to change my WiFi network. I know that's the right passcode for sure!
It never says it's the wrong one either. Just goes back to the home screen

So if I rest it or even put the WiFi password back in it works for a few mins and then goes back to WiFi fault. Would that because you have to have service with them or the box acts funny?
