I was apart of renovating the fillmore Detroit. I'm a union painter. It took a month to erect the scaffolding for us to get to the tip top and paint/stencil/glaze everything from the cieling downward. I was literally tasked with the unfortunate job of being cramped (I'm 6'2) in the circular cieling with the arches. I etched my initials along the other 3 people who have ever been up in there since it was built. Many beer cans. I would LOVE to sit up in there with a 6 pack watching any show.
