Great video Scott! Those are gonna make a great meal for sure. I like using those fish baskets when I'm using my kayak but i kept losing my catch trying to get them past that lids spring. I remedied that problem by disconnecting one end of the spring and zip tied a pool noodle around the circumference of the basket top so it will float the basket top. Now I just lift the basket up a little and are able to drop the fish right in and with the basket floating it makes it escape proof! Try it out sometime!

I just remembered the woods and the many small ponds and lakes where fishing was very good... Long time ago...
