We end up eating a lot of fish tacos because I like fishing and my family gets a bit tired of standard fish dinner. As a regular Catch and Cook customer it occurred to me, "Why doesn't Jay make a toco flavouring?" I suspect it may be a #1 seller! Normal taco seasoning packs don't seem to fry very well.

I also made my decision to by a 120 PDL beginning of this year due to heavy research and your word weighs truth as well on it. I’m so happy with it. Should have sooner pdl gives you so much better boat control. Grandpa always said for walleyes- boat control is number 1 and number 2 is KISS keep it simple stupid! Thanks again for all you do !

I like coating my fish in dill pickle chips. Salt and vinegar is also amazing

Ok. I've noticed you AND Clayton do this. If you're making fries, slice them first, and pack them in a bag with salt and water. That way, when you fry them, all that starch is out, and the potatoes will crisp up faster! and then double fry them for the PERFECT french fry.
Look at it this way i will be buying catch and cook if i catch eh lol !!!
