You'll get that 9. When I put a GTX3584RS turbo on mine my goal was to run a 10 flat. People told me that wouldn't be possible but I did it and that was in my territory.
Nice work mate not a 9s but at least it's a pb and t's going forward not backwards keep it up mate loving your video can t wait to see the clubby when you get that to the track
100%. but this is intresting, going for 9s on a stock zf6 with rubber shes still hanging on. That last run would have been it without the lowered boost takeoff and it hooked well. All in that 60 now Go Gambin!!
Not doubting that at all but I’m enjoying pushing the envelope! The whole internet will hate that a SBE Barra with a stock ZF6 did a 9 😂 I’m all for it
When you do your burnout, use the water to start and pull out of the water sooner and burnout further forward so your tires arent wet when you launch. Also have you got a t map and boost sensor upgrade kit on your car for running high boost? My fgx was throwing all sorts of warnings and alarms before i fitted t map and boost sensor upgrade kit from IMS and got it calibrated. Not a single alarm has come up since.
@@farmer3242 was doing bigger burnouts and carrying it out on the second night over the first. Different preps didn’t help but I’m going to start doing 3rd gear and really getting some heat into them! PSR’s ain’t like my old Mickey’s that were super soft and heat up quick. Yeah I got the map sensor upgrade with the wiring etc so need to recheck it all over and see what to do from there 👌🏼
I found the psr didn't like a big burnout it's just glazes the tyre try doing a smaller burnout and roll out you pretty much wanna just clean the tyre off and try run them at 17 to 18 psi. With a big burnout your raising the tyre pressures a fair amount.
Was the sensor you changed the boost sensor because surely that's your culprit with the p0236 or the scaling if you changed it in your tune stock 4.2v but some people change it to 4.9v
We changed the map sensor & threw it on the dyno without the exhaust too. It lost 3psi of boost from taking it off so we did a retune & made 781hp at the hubs. I think it’s an issue with the map sensor wiring or something possibly in the tune but we will work it out and head back 💪🏼
@@GAMBIN.BUILDS insanity. I ran 540hp thru a stock box and stock bottom end for a few years. I mean done well and with the right pilot it’ll last a while..
How good are the boys and their little antics... So so good 👌🏻

Thankyou legend! So so close! I appreciate it my man 👌🏼 it’ll be next level when I’m behind the wheel of it
100% needs a built zf/6r80

@@ZimmyTheTulipappreciate it my man! Definitely has it in it just need to sort this boost issue and I’ll be on my way to a the 9 sec pass
@@GAMBIN.BUILDS It can definitely be done, I’d probably give the zf a full service and then have another crack
Small little tip for those radials bro, SMALL burnouts help them lots. They’re always a super soft tyre and hate big burnouts and big heat!

3rd gear for roll racing and start in 2nd gear for drags leave softly 😊
3rd in rolls at 50kmph is too high for it 😂 2nd i brake boost it just to have it on as quick as possible
killer bro
Thankyou my man!

It was yes! We upgraded the map sensor too so somethings triggering it! Will be looking more into it and getting back out there for the 9 💪🏼
