- This season, this Man United Fan (not from Manchester) is gonna visit all 20 Premier League stadiums... So after Old Trafford and Villa Park (which are possibly my favourite 2) ...it's time to start from the bottom and work our way back up... So today we're checking out ANFIELD - Home of Liverpool Football Club 🎣 ...Clickbaiting aside, I'd like to thank the local people of Liverpool and especially those working for LFC for their hospitality. They really were very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Whether that's because I kept my Manchester United allegiance somewhat under wraps (told them I was a "Forest Green Rovers" fan when asked 🤣) either way it was a thoroughly enjoyable day 👉🏽 As I then visited GOODISON PARK - Home of Everton Football Club straight afterwards 👍🏽 So SUBSCRIBE to check out that Tour as well. Dude, as a scouser and Liverpool fan I want to humbly say thank you for such a good video. I'm gonna subscribe to watch all your stadium tours. (don't stop at the premier league bro the lower leagues have awesome history and stadiums.) plus the fact you can be this positive and open about liverpool and Anfield proves to me you will about every other stadium you visit..
And don't fear wearing that red devils shirt in our city, we might not like united. But we respect the hell out of our #1 rivals.

But in all seriousness, it's never a bad thing to go and take a look round the local rivals facilities.
I remember Rio Ferdinand coming to interview Van Dijk at Liverpool's new training complex The AXA Training Centre and RF was very impressed by standard of what he saw, I think also because it was Ferdinand saying that it meant more.

As a Liverpool supporter in London, (my old Man is a lfc fan) so yea, been Anfield for a women’s match Last season and yea the only problem with Lfc is the ticketing issues.😮

Really good video 👍You mentioned about what it’s like behind the scenes setting the tone . I’ve watched a couple of videos of the training facilities at United and Liverpool. As Ronaldo said, Carrington is totally outdated and behind the times. The facilities are pretty poor and very disjointed. Liverpool’s Axa is state of the art- great looking pitches, gyms and dining areas. Such a shame that the Glazers got their grabbing hands on United.
As much as one might hate Liverpool, one has to say financially and internally its extremely well run.
I still find it insane that clubs need to use lighting for the pitches.
As a liverpool fan i feel for what the glazers are doingto man u. liverpool has been gone through the same situations as united gone though before we got rid for tom & gill !

The Main stand you were in is a world class stand. Very clean as you said. Only built in 2015. However the kenny daglish stand in particular is terrible. No space in the concourse.

I'm a Liverpool supporter and once did the Old Trafford tour during a work team building day. I could only count three European Cups. Where were the rest?

In 2023 with a squad of foreigners, foreign owners, global viewership of the Premier League, we'll still never escape the banter from that :D

dont kid yourself,,, I lived there, dog shit everywhere, the park is a dog toilet, The emergency services have problems getting through the streets parking is a nightmare,, The clubs do sweet FA in the local community.. Greedy club, inflated ticket prices , Germany has the best system their tickets are less. The average fan in Liverpool has been frozen out

You could say the same for most grounds and every club in this country. The game is so far removed from its roots now. Infested with sportswashers, greed and corruption.
Suggesting clubs like Liverpool and Everton do nothing for the community is rubbish, though. The LFC Foundation do a lot, as do Everton.
All clubs in this country rip the fans off on merchandise and ticket prices, of course. No argument there.

You do realise that the stadium is for playing football in? Player welfare is looked after at the state of the art, £50m LFC training centre.

The stand you are in was built in 2016. All medical facilities are in the area the tour doesn't go to, or is that too hard to imagine? You don't get a full tour of everything you know. I didn't see a toilet in this video. Does that mean they don't have them? My gosh!
