Lovely positive energy! I have been with my partner for a long time and the secret is to respect and enable the other person to be their best. It is important that you have your own interests but core issues, values etc are similar. Humour is also really important! You seem to have ticked all those boxes already...so enjoy the journey!!

Kenji, fees for medicine international students pay is more than 20000 pounds yearly, this is difficult to afford especially if you are from poor background, if you can make a video about what internationals can do to afford this will be great, and if you can also invite some international medical students such as Arun Ayajarag and others will be cute.
