Skins aren't characters and the team is well aware, if you look on to-do-list it will show XChara (Chara/Cross) and a few other characters too.

Tip for gloves melee: it isn't like SS you need to do one more click after the multi hit to guarantee Gloves 1
Fun fact about the melee stun system, the 2nd to last hit is like the old stuns. Which means frisk can swap to gloves after the multi hit on WD melee, click again for the stun on glove melee, and do gloves 1 which opens up a unique combo.
