I was going to say "ease up on the RUclips vids - quality over quantity", but all your vids are quality and really informative. At some point your channel is going to blow up with subscribers.
I really appreciate that. Mitch is doing this mini Conditioning Block in the wake of a big contest. I feel like we don’t get to see the tiptop Strongman work on their conditioning after they take breaks from big comps
@@lolmoufmassive fat? Many of them are no fatter than Mitch is right here. None of them work their cardio beyond pushing a strongman workout a bit harder at lighter weights, like lighter rep work. They are all super fat. Rauno who always looks 10 months pregnant flexed his abs in a recent video and he isn’t as flabby as he appears.
The most athletic WSM to date. Hugely impressive seeing a person of that size move that way. I’ve seen Eddie and Hafthor running in videos but it doesn’t look that fluid.
I love all this content. And I love that you are doing all these different types of training. I think I got stuck in my view of strength training and seeing you add in some sprinting and other exercises is expanding my mind on how to train. Love It!!!!!!
(Distance runner here) You can definitely run much farther than you think. Form is looking excellent. It’d be wild to see a current WSM running a half/full marathon! I reckon with several weeks of gradual base building, you could jog/walk it. You might actually already be there. But the effort would be extreme. Awesome.
I absolutely this content - what an inspiration to the strength and fitness world... Can you be the strongest man on the planet and still be super fit clearly you can 💪😎❤️
I am really really curious if your kind of "being a strongman" and being so succesful will impact the future of the sport. compared to Haftor, Kaz, Shaw, Big Z your are a totally different kind of beast - so I am really really curious if this will have an impact
As I understand it doing cardio 24-36 hours after strength training can actually be beneficial for hypertrophy. It does interfer with hypertrophy if done too soon after strength training. Seeing how strongman events often are very taxing cardiovascular Id think cardio is important. Matt Wenning talks alot about gpp training and how it improved his performance in powerlifting. Not to mention its good for living a healthier longer life 👍
Mitch your content is the best i have ever seen on RUclips , keep it up man , you are definitely inspirational too a lot of people , , i think you will be number one influencer in a year ,
I commented on Brian's channel about 3 years ago, that he should examine his gait. He's so clunky, if he would have improved his running technique would have shaved off some time in the events.
Mitchell doing side missions after beating the main story
Haha, brilliant!
Love it! 🤣

Looks like he’s playing the alogorithm, splitting content to hit 8 minute mark

i think its why he won the WSM. He has the best conditioning of all of them. The rest are massive fat GINORMOUS power blocks
@@lolmouf yes. But. Shaw classic is a very heavy show. We will see out how it shakes out
@@bigholli8449 This was filmed before the Strongman Classic
@@brayden12345 I’m confused by your statement

I could listen to this coach all day! Fantastic

He ran marathon before getting strong
Good old Jason is a bundle of joy😮
I blame Mitch for RUclips now recommending me CrossFit videos lol!
😉💪
Impressive to see a big guy like you run like that. Keep it up man 👊🏼

As you might know he was a marathoner before ... 150 pounds before :)
Are you aware that mitch actually was a marathon runner? (he mentions it at the end of the video)
Keep em coming !!!!! I love the content !!
Thanks for all the vids
More to come 💪💪
It would be amazing to have such a talented trainer/coach as this guy doing the coaching!

You can definitely tell Mitchell used to run marathons

Your videos are awesome
brooo, when he took a sip from that energy drink being breathless.. i was breathless...
Gonna be the fastest strongman ever
Are you thinking of competing in the games Mitch? REALLY interested in the effects of this cross training and where you go as an athlete
Those 2 other athletes r strange
In what way?
Mitch your content is the best i have ever seen on RUclips , keep it up man , you are definitely inspirational too a lot of people , , i think you will be number one influencer in a year ,
next level strong man
Hinshaw❤❤❤
Man I feel like I should learn how to properly run now
Lol man Jayson doesn't seem to thrilled with you being there
How long until we get a Run, Lift, Shoot with Cameron Hanes?
I wonder how Chris' training would affect strongman. He has such a good understanding of aerobic capacity.
Mitch ever thought of doing a video on olympic weightlifting ?
wow.

I think 1000 years ago he could be made to be the greatest warrior on a field of battle the world has ever seen.
❤
Do you think it worth doing running/ Crossfit workouts to help with Strongman?
Yes, if you go back through some of my videos, I’ve talked about it many times.
I commented on Brian's channel about 3 years ago, that he should examine his gait. He's so clunky, if he would have improved his running technique would have shaved off some time in the events.

That coach is a very annoying person.

Interesting, lol everyone is gearing up for shaw and the strongest man on earth and hooper is freaking run on a treadmill lol
This was from the beginning of July!
@mitchellhooperstrongman ohhh. I meant no disrespect. I just think it's insane that you're able to do that!
dont test your limits for a video you will find injuries

All this coaching and Jayson had his worst games.
