As a scientist and a BCBA I really hope you understand the detrimental affect that wearing a mask when interacting with children, especially young children, can have on their development. Facial cues are extremely important to the success of a child when it come to social interactions. I am hoping you're doing everything possible to limit mask use unless working with a child that is immunocompromised child. As professionals in a career rooted in science we should all be doing more research on the efficacy of certain procedures such as mask wearing and weighing out the benefits vs the risk of these actions.
It is very obvious that this was posted during COVID. "As a scientist" you should know that possibly exposing a child to a virus is not in their best interest.
