My 90 year old mother is bedridden from a stroke and cannot speak much. I found your channel today and we watched this video. My mother became super excited and started smiling and pointing to her smart TV.
    I was shocked.

My grandmothers mother was black and Creek. My great grandmother was full blooded Cherokee. My grandmother grew up in an black town called "Benson." Dynamic video, and more information regarding these folks than you can find anywhere. Not many folk (Black or White) know much about John Horse and Wildcat. I read a book about the trek from Fla to Oka to Mex many years ago I was 16, I am 76 now. I retired from Higher Ed where I taught Soc. Science. I incorporated what I had learned over the years about the Black-Seminole into my class, it was never part of any curriculums, per say. I suspect you know many left Mexico and came back to Texas. The famed "Negro Seminole Scots" were part of this group. I do not watch many videos like this, but right away I was captivated with your journey...it is the best I have seen and provided information that many have never heard. I would hope that some organization or group would help provide resources to make it easier for this location to be accessed...there is much history there. Hello my friend, I would love to have had you come to my classes, however, I retired some time ago and just playing my guitar and "Chilling". The Black Seminoles caught my attention years ago. I have always been captivated by the old west, particularly in the parts folk of color played. I read extensively about the "Buffalo Solders" they, have their stories as well. The one thing I found, however, is they had (have) a broader audience than the Black Seminole Scots. Pompey Factor, Adam, Payne, and several others earned Medals of honor for bravery in action. There are not many that are aware of these Valiente Black Seminoles. I went to sleep many nights in my bed in the 5th Ward of Houston reading about these heroes. Lieutenant Bullis' life was saved at one time by these men. He lived long enough after this to have a military installation (San Antonio) named after him. Often wondered why Payne, Factor, or some of the others that saved his live were not honored on this level...that is another conversation. So, I am sorry to hear about your mother, wish I could have met her. However, some of the same men I have mentioned are lying not far from her. She is in good company bless her soul. I have been to Brackettville many times, not to any of the events. I am planning to make it this September God willing. I see your picture, you are the "real Mccoy"...my friend. Pleasure to communicate with ya...maybe I will see you in Sep.

@@Applecider-Poetry The Gullah GeeChees are in South Carolina and Georgis as well in the coastal areas. There is a whole island in South Carolina completely inhabited by the Gullah Geechees. They are very friendly people and speak Gullah full time, though they also speak English. There are a few tribes of Native Americans that are completely black such as the Cowharries and the Lumbees and a few more. Virginia also has them as well. When Sir Walter Raleigh came to America he found tobacco from one of these tribes and the international tobacco trade was given a massive boost. There are sketches and drawings of these Native Americans. The lost colony was absorbed by the Lumbee nation because the names of the lost colonists were adopted by them. Pembroke University should have a lot of information concerning these Native Americans. I do not know what the genetic information yields but may be a key to understanding more about them. It is quite possible they originally came from Africa long before the Pilgrims arrived and could have been on Jewish merchant ships that got lost or came here by there own long boats or something hidden from our historical view. There are various writings on rocks in the US of both phoenician and ancient Hebrew and even possibly Egyptian as the Grand Canyon may posess findings of the Egyptian culture. There are possibilities with vikings as well. Ancient foreign cultures have left their writings and graffiti in America. I could think of even an African tribesman fishing with families and friends and was caught by currents to end up in America. I think about the old Kon-Tiki experiment several centuries back that used a primitive raft to cross the Atlantic. These things open up many possibilities for knowledge and wisdom. It just takes the right mind to sort it all out. I could say so much more with rare information but I am sure these things will open out to the right person. All I can say is we must learn to love each other because every person is precious ! A friend always !

From Georgia so I have always known about the Black Seminoles. But, there were also Black Chotaw and Creek Indians in Mississippi as well. The Cherokee tribe of North Georgia (which was known as the most fair skinned )was the only southern tribe accepting of whiite settlers and they paid the price. Also , it is very important to know that 50% of the cowboys that explored the west were black which also explains the prevalence of African dna in western populations.

No their just mislead by indoctrination taught and given to them by foreign governments setup on each landmass all within the continent of thee americas..
The original Indigenous Americans are melanated people and have always been & still exist, they're just made to believe in a created narrative slave story.
It is not AFRICANS who have mixed with and so called NATIVE AMERICANS or MEXICANS it is modern-day pale ASIANS/EUR-ASIAN/CAUC-ASIANS groups who was brought to the Americas and placed in different regions all over the continent of the Americas who mixed themselves amongst the original existence of melanated people who now identity was changed and given a false narrative created story in order for the pale groups who come in different faces can remove the original face and replace it with theirs which would allow them to also recreate the history books cause they don't want anyone to know the truth of who they are and how the got in all the lands around the world, where they learned the languages, how to work the lands, studied the cultures, styles and ways of the original melanated existence all over the earth before stealing everything, cause now the original existence of the earth is now made to believe their the same people who come from Africa and because of this lie has cause the the earth to be unbalanced. And it's unbalanced because you have a new group of non organic pale parasites who is not here to make peace but to destroy anything that is of nature..
In the continent of thee americans they are the generations born into a lie..
The face emblem of each landmass all within the continent of thee americans are not people of these groups 👉 ASIANS/EUR-ASIAN/CAUC-ASIANS 👈 but dark skinned melanated people and the foreign governments there is hiding that..

Czech! You are a powerful man! You brought the rain! Everyone greeted you as you rode by on the horse, and they thank you for bringing the rain and sharing their story. ❤
