Personally, I love island tours where the creator gives the actual tour way more, it's just so much more interesting to listen to the creator talk about their creation if that makes sense :D
I liked a lot of the detail she gave but one of my favorite things is how excited TagBack gets when he discovers something new. That joyful excitement in the thrill of discovery was totally missing here and it bummed me out.
@@Fionixx1 Oh yeah, I didn't really think about that before but now that you mentioned it, that excitement is definitely more present in his other island tours. I think a middle ground between those two styles of island tours would be ideal. :)

What inspired them.. it just gave the island so much more value. It wasn't just a "OHH THIS IS COOL! I've never seen this before! I am definitely getting some inspiration for my own island from this." Which, by all means isn't terrible and we love that too.. but it definitely lacks that extra depth and value because we all have stories behind what we create. Most of these islands have taken hundreds of hours to create and even though it's just a video game that is a lot of memories. Haha. I respect TagBackTV more for giving them a voice and to be able to speak and be proud of what they have worked hard to create.

Love the conversation with the person who created the island. That way we get a real understanding of the vision for the way they wanted to create their island.
I actually think it's the opposite of flat that looks bigger. When you have cliffs sectioning off certain areas, your brain counts a smaller themed area as 1, and then when you're thinking back over all of the areas you've seen, you're like "Wow, this island had so many different places!"

MicroMelee I accept gifts since friends know I’m into the nature goth vibe but I won’t start cataloging until the second year of play to have that feeling of excitement to check the shops rather than spoiling all the items out there and getting them in the first week like I could have done. I see the appeal, but this is just my gameplay style! I’m savoring every drop of this game and I’ll be developing my island for the long haul. It’s kinda fun to have a struggle room or two and not have everything perfect immediately.
Aundrea Davis hmm I guess because my friends don’t time slip, even with cataloguing, I don’t think I’m anywhere even close to having all the items. Most of us just got our upgraded shops haha, so we only have a handful of the more rare/expensive items. I don’t think you’d necessarily run out of stuff if you did start catalogue but obviously if that’s how you enjoy playing, go for it

This is the best island I've seen so far. I am in love with that brick bridge in the background of the waterfall, and the stairs to the secret beach. I just adore this island so much.

I recently heard about the mini golf idea and she pulled it off so well! I have been hoping for a voiced tour so this video was super fun to watch! And wowee I need that space wall in my life for an arcade! I hope you were worthy enough for the cafe wall :')

Most of these people time travel a TON and trade a TON to get the items they have. Like the nook shop realistically with no time traveling should have barely been open long enough for anyone to get more than like 10 nice items haha. Plenty of time to make your island nice how you like it 😊
Don't worry these guys time travel a LOT. To get the right animals, right items, flowers, everything takes time. I can't wait for a couple months or a year to go by to see everyone's island that took their time. It for sure is gonna have a different look and feel to it because it was something you took your time and focus on doing

Probably my favorite tour you've done to date. I like the addition of the creator's commentary and how she lead you around. Very interesting and very well done. I've had a burning question though. When doing these extensive island designs, what is the best practices process ? Flatten everything out first or do a section at a time ? Just wondering..so far I'm just doing a section at a time , its difficult to know though where I want cliffs, rivers. Could you maybe do a video on basic island planning with the results being something like these amazing islands ? Good job to the creator I love this.
