You probably have to have outstanding pilot skills due to its small tail rotor boom. like the Hiller Rotorcycle it came and went very qiuckly like this machine .
I believe This machine is a one off project, they cannot be bought all you could do is beg borrow or steal a set of plans if you could find it...............Peter
I think you will find the company Helitechnica went to the wall there is a couple more examples of this machine on you tube. I did contact a guy in France but he wouldn't say much. not helpful. it all ended up a blind alley........Peter
Is it still called Rotorcycle, as before. Similar frame, with jets on tip of top rotor blades was still simple chopper. Power generated and used in top rotor, did not exert any force on frame, hence NO TAIL ROTOR. A radar could creat yoing to turn.
Theres 2 examples of this machine, but unfortunatley there dosnt seem to be any info whatsoever about it, availibility, kit etc, unless anyone out there knows anything???
why would you need a license ? it comes under the heading of light weight kits ? like a gyro copter , where all you need is a place to land and take off from..?
Its a beautiful sight to see him put it together and totally starting it up and taking off. It really is. Here are the questions. How much does it cost? Do I have to get a pilots license for it?

Tip jet drive has come and gone, due to huge fuel consumption and noise
COOL! Working on a similar kit copter idea. For laughs check out "Helicopter Model 4 Monocopter".
