i forgot how popular finger guns were in medieval fantasy worlds. i guess that explains why karlach has "lol so random" 90's humor. except instead of the 1990s, its just, the 0090s.
To expand on that, the everburn blade is used by the cambion that's fighting the mind flayer on the ship. You can get it by killing him, or (the better option) casting command drop on him.

I think it's just a critique on the acting standard which is fairly flat in this case, reminds me a little of Keira Knightleys acting ability, lacking depth.

Gothic trilogy made decades ago has random voice actors yet they do sound like they have emotions. Also Steven Blum voiced random characters in 3rd game. Kingdom Come Deliverance has more emotions. Feeling like you're speaking with them in reality. Everytime i hear Shadowheart in this sounds robotic. The other characters do talk better. Some do talk like Shakespeare.
