I have ridden a few 350's and they are sick fast, I like the 250 XCF better, easier to control the power. And I normally ride a 300xc. Great review, keep them coming!
I have had 2019 through to 24 350s as I am 72 kgs suspension standard on the 24s are far better than any previous models standard, I still had my 24 remapped and that gave a stronger and smoother delivery , ps 24 same as 25 anyways unless u count the color of the side panels, your spot on with your comments thou ,also best out of the box 350 ktm ever built.
@ about three minutes where you're testing the low r p m flame out performance. That's not a realistic scenario. Go through a ditch or take a low-speed obstacle at low rpm, and the engine will flame out at the worst time ever every time. Especially when hot.
5:10 this wire could be disastrous... Hard to believe that someone would cut a trail in half like that with a thin wire not knowing that it could severely hurt or kill someone.
No, this is a real KTM. Made in Europe. The bikes you are thinking of are the "adventure" bikes. you know, the bikes made for fat, retired dentists to go to starbucks. KTM partnered with CFmoto (of china) to make those bikes.
Yeah no but they do snap in half and munch everything up , not a joke either Although it sounds funny after the cheese cams. Mate had to sign a ktm Gag order to get the engine replaced.
Kind of seems like KTM is like the other Italian companies Fiat stalantis and luxottica. They buy up other brands and then the quality goes down and the company becomes mismanaged but the prices go up.
@bigals.ktms.9937 yeah I know there alot better out the box but u can make a 2018 350 almost the same with upgrades to compete in gncc easily hell a 2018 might win over newer 350s if it has suspension and more upgrades
Before buying anything with the letters 'K.T.M.' on the tank do consult Peter Vogl the Insolvency Practitioner appointed by the Austrian Courts to act on their behalf with regard to KTM AG. I can only think that this review is either (a) uniformed and naive or (b) has the hand of PIERER Mobility AG behind it somewhere. Think very very carefully before buying a 'KTM' motorcycle......
I don’t want anything 4 stroke, thank you. They most certainly are great, but the cost own any high compression 4 stroke costs more than necessary. I f don’t own anymore of them. I don’t care about the color.
Thats why the quality 450s are good though to your point, low revs 300 hrs of 4t reliable goodness. Piston and rings and if any intake valves and your good to go again, colour is important though on a 4t , has to be R and D on reliability and quality control colour . 2t rocks hell yeah Rm 250 my first real bike but the 350 you have to rev them a lot more than 450 , Revs equal maintenance dollars on 4t .
Old technology doesn't mean it doesn't work better. That extra couple pounds is why they feel planted in the corners. The AER forks are also known for blowing through the stroke.
@panic-revv85 Then make the necessary adjustments or revalve. I believe the real reason was the slightly more pronounced stiction. People want a plush feeling bike these days over performance. On the Rocky terrain, I normally ride. I appreciate the couple pounds missing from my air forks over the springs.
The 350 is a great motor in its latest form but like 250s, by the time you get to 80 hrs you have to rebuild the top end just like a 2 stroke and unlike the 2t, if you arent good on the tools, you wont be DIY.
"Sell the machine you owe nothing on and pay this greedy dying company $400/month for 72 months for a bike you can't even race in any local classes" Typical ktm zealot brainwash.
Do they still have the plastic oil pump gear that ruins the engine , plastic bad enough for a any gear esp a oil pump gear sheez those ktmthings are shocking and unadaptable . Recycled Coke bottle pump drive gear ktmhuskagas.
Don't forget that ready to race. originally came from husaberg. their mx bikes were ready to race.
I was waiting for that comment, true thou

350 is the real deal.
Top machine.
Have a 2023 love it!
Your will love the 24 even more.
@@bigals.ktms.9937 same bike BNG, same for 25's.
SoMuchBlast 👏👏
I'll stay with my carbed 300 2 strokers.
first view first like first comment and nice video.

Agreed 2 stroke for me all day every day! We ride in rocky eastern PA ! That 4stroke flame out non stop

does it have those cheese cams in it?

@abj5609 oh ok good to hear, thanks
@@abj5609 it is a design error not a manufacture issue.

Rado bottomed forks on track. But Rado never states his weight. Wonder if forks are fine with stock springs for 170 lb Vet Intermediate MX.
Haha, I did state my weight in the video. Seems you didnt watch it all 😉 i said i am 200lbs ..
It chugs along at BDR speed.
We have different standards for the real technical staffs

Bro is making me to start questioning my 2018 with also a full fmf on
U don't need to question it , I have had last 5 years of the 350s in a row 24 and 25 s are far better out off the box.
@bigals.ktms.9937 yeah I know there alot better out the box but u can make a 2018 350 almost the same with upgrades to compete in gncc easily hell a 2018 might win over newer 350s if it has suspension and more upgrades
@bigals.ktms.9937 they're 100% better then the 2018 out of the box. But I just got my suspension done for gncc and cross country so I'm gucci right?
🤷♂️when y gunna do KAWI-KX500FI
B4 they go bankrupt. lol.
We will see hey.😢
They will still exist but in a much smaller footprint.

How is a heavy springfork an upgrade? It's old technology, they abandoned the air fork that was awesome.
Old technology doesn't mean it doesn't work better. That extra couple pounds is why they feel planted in the corners. The AER forks are also known for blowing through the stroke.
Air forks 🤣🤦

@Dat_Sun we pay for revalves, springs are still better. My yz250x is much more compliant than my 300xc. They follow the ground much better.
@panic-revv85 Different Strokes for different folks. I couldn't stand my 23 250fx's forks. Threw some money at them, too.
Nope
Meh

Look after it and your get tons more out off them , it's been proven time and time again.
Selling Bankrupt items?!

Buy spare parts now before there arent any. Maybe Bajaj of CF moto will start making ktm parts...oh wait, they already do.
Nothing like buying a bike from a company that's going bankrupt. Your not very smart are you.
If you think ktm is going anywhere, or that you are using “you’re” correctly, I fear you may be the one lacking in the smart department. 😂

@dirtniron yea buddy!
Where are you riding?

I heard when you buy a ktm it comes with a single orange 🍊 😂
Huh ? went over my head
