GE Profile Wall Oven Exhaust Fan Replacement - Quick and Easy Fix

I heard a grinding noise on the double wall oven no matter which oven was on. I determined the noise came from behind the control panel. Sounded like something was struggling trying to spin. It is the exhaust fan. Turns on for both ovens. The bearing were bad. I tried to lubricate it, but it didn't work. Sounds terrible, but there is an inexpensive fix that is better than replacing a working oven with bad exhaust fan. I bought my fan from the manufacturer online for $91. Same exact fan I was replacing. Easy fix. No need to pull entire oven from the wall. Remove 3 panel screws, then remove 4 screws from fan and replace and it should be up and running in minutes.
