In some cases RUclipsrs collect a lot of different content all in a day then edit all that content to fit into bite sized episodes which they can upload over a longer period. Others use editors so they just have to play the games and not worry about the editing. I don't know if DF used either methods but those are ways to be able to uploaded everyday without losing quality.

Fun fact: at 3:00 he mentions that shard being the biggest in hydroneer. While that may be true still, there WAS a huge shard in vanilla in older versions of hydroneer.
Long before npcs and players, there was a boat over in bridgepour that had a shard almost as big as a harvester
