Since its technical channel about food- let me say it. Using aata with hot water or cook it creates lots of stickiness due to gluten in any atta. In fact it makes overall job very clumsy, cleaning or taking out from pot or pan becomes tough. Whereas, when we make atta dove as usual with normal water, and cook it, KEEP IT ASIDE for 15-20 mins to soak it.

For losing weight there are 100 of ways. Keto diet is not the only one. Barley /jaw is the healthiest grain . It also has a soluble and insoluble fibre in a very good amount.

Bt barley is gluten free, is,nt?
It becomes sticky due to gluten and this is gluten free so we can use hot water 😊

No salt. We always make roti and rice within any salt
