    I appreciate your freakin honesty man. I'm here wondering if I should get a battle beaver myself and if I should pull the trigger on one. You are the only one that has mentioned the way your hand spreads out on the scuf. I couldn't shoot with L1 and R1 w the scuf. I guess my hands are smaller than most. My scuf still works after 2 years and after watching this video you have helped convince me brotha. You also got my sub man. Nice vid.

      Yea I’m thinking about it because I’m switching to pc soon and I don’t like kbm it’s just very uncomfortable for me but I don’t want to be at a disadvantage by not playing claw or with paddles/buttons and I tried claw and i just had a lot of pain in my fingers and just didnt work for me. Plus I think scufs are overpriced for what they are bc is you just buy a bb without anything fancy just the back buttons it’s way cheaper than a scuf if you try and do the same thing. So bb is something I’m definitely considering

    I've customized my controller for fighting games and its damn good from battle beaver but i gotta warn people it can be fragile. In what way are they fragile? What has broken? Have you taken care of your broken ones?
      Sorry there are questions but it's a lot of money to spend if they aren't going to last.
      If people are dropping them or raging or using them after eating crisps etc then it's expected they will break.
      But if the mechanical buttons are wearing out as a fighting game player after a few months then I may as well buy a SCUF for the amount of time they last lol.

      I found the impact really comfortable to hold found the inside 2 triggers awkward to use though but overall I really liked it. 1 definate must is to get a case for it though (if you havent already) and keep it in the case when not in use, remove the analogue sticks n blow the dust out regularly and you will avoid all the stick drift issues people moan about.

    I wouldn’t buy either. Their warranty period is so minimal and open to interpretation. They basically both allow themselves wiggle room to get out of fixing or charging high prices. This would never work in the UK as we have proper 12 month warranty periods in place, it would be illegal. I’ll rather go with a reputable company. Only thing I’d say is working in Scuf’s favour is that corsair now own them. I’d wait a year or two and see what they manage to do over there.

    i ordered my BB today, previously i used an evil controller but i wouldnt buy anything from evil again because they are run by a bunch of morons and quality control is garbage at evil.... in all honesty i have no clue why scufgaming would place the paddles where they are on the scuf controller, i have almost bought the scuf so many times but stopped myself from doing so because the back paddles are simply not placed in the right position for an adult hand where you want your clicks on the back buttons to be effortless and not disturb any of the movement you are performing on the other side with the analog sticks. the whole point of the buttons being on the back is to be able to multi task while carrying out the movement and aiming at the same time and if your finger is doing something awkward on the back as is the case with scuf then your smoothness of gameplay is just disturbed and becomes a challenge. All anyone needs to be honest is simply a 100$ controler exactly like the one u show here, two buttons on the back and no extra tension on analog sticks as this might be beneficial for aiming but it completely fucks up the sensors in the analog module over time and creates a lot of drift or weird involuntary movement by the analogs

    My scuf on Xbox one only lasted around a year. It cost so much just to crap out on me. My OG Xbox controller that came with Xbox from 2014 still works 100% fine. So annoying how Scuf is so poorly made.

    If you're on console battle beaver is better. If you're on PC use neither and use a keyboard and mouse. Controller on PC is handicapping you, you can aim way better with kb/m

    • @andresmiguel2573
      @andresmiguel2573 2 года назад

      Only with snipping and no by much. Plus the movement is so much better and consistent with the controller, hence why you’re seeing pros use more controller on PC now.

    I used to be all about Scuf. I have used one since Bo2 on PS3. I have scufs for all consoles and never had an issue I just wanted upgrades......................................... WELLLLLLLL I just bought a Scuf Prestige because I prefer xbox controller and let me tell you this was a big mistake! ON DAY ONE I had stick drift on both sticks and I had to lower my outter dead zone to 90 and my inner to 7 just to play even remotely comfortably. The controler randomyly stops working and disconnects all the time.................................. So long story short scuf seems to be hit or miss and the return policy is wack af. I am waiting for my Battle beaver now

    Idk why but when I think of a battle beaver, I think of a trashy controller, when I think of scuf I think of an overrated controller, and when I think of the Xbox elite series 2 controller I think of a good controller except for on a lot of then after a month or so something starts messing up but that’s only on some.

    To be honest I don’t like the tension on the analogs other than that it’s a great controller! But it’s all personal preference

    • @sbjefferson614
      @sbjefferson614  4 года назад +1

      Austin Roberts I’ve yet to try one of their controller with the increased tension. This one in particular is the stock ps4 controller tension. They use the ps4 stock controller and build from there. Xbox one tension is definitely the preferred.
