I just received my NB traditional duffle and was very disappointed that they apparently decided to discontinue the high-contrast orange liner. This was one of the main features that pushed me over in deciding to go with their duffle. the new grey liner is dull and completely defeats the purpose the bright orange liner provided.
I would love to see a video on stretches you do with your resistance band. You don’t see many people cover that, although I know a lot of people use them for stretching.

Would you consider doing a video about being a "girl" and in cross fit? I've dropped a considerable amount of body fat and have been warned by doctors how it's not healthy.. But I'm oldr (45+). Other girls I train with who are early 30s get a lot of grief about children, aging, etc etc. What is our experience? Yay gear but would prefer to stop talking to only guys... Like what bras do you like?
Nothing for the music, like a headset? No specific watch to measure your Hb, calories burnt, performance? Cool, really interesting, but stop stealing stuff from shane please

oooo. That Venom thing would work wonders for me!! I'm a landscaper and do crossfit style training and my low back tends to fire up. I'm currently nursing an injury whether it be a muscle spasm or bulging disc (not sure), but I think it could've been prevented with some warm up or cool down oooorrrr rest in general lol, but I do believe that thing would help!

love the video! started crossfit about a year and a half now... i'm wondering how long before i need to buy a pair of lifters? i don't do sessions that are 100% specifically for weightlifting and technique but always have a strength piece (an emom or a specific amount of sets to do of a certain movement, whether it be squats, snatches, c&js etc.) sandwiched between my programming, at least 3 times a week. would i benefit from lifters or should i stick to my metcons/nanos/whatever ?
Some people will tell you you don't need them till you start lifting heavy (same with belts) but I found about 6 months in when I first got mine, it really helps your technique. They just make you feel so planted and stable on the ground and allows you to think about everything else, driving up etc.
Craig Arnold Thanks!!! I completely understand what you mean! I’ve been told that I don’t rlly need them, same thing happened with my belt which I eventually ended up getting about 8 months into CF. Everyone says “when you start lifting heavy”... but again, what does “heavy” mean? It depends on each athlete... for example, my squat clean and snatch RMs are very light (45kg and 35kg respectively) compared to more experienced people but I can back/front squat my bodyweight and more (60+ kilos) so yeah, I’ll defenitely look into them and buy a pair hopefully next time I get to travel.
Would you ever consider doing a video about why you need different shoes and how they benefit you in the different workouts.

I noticed some of the Games athletes are using the thicker powerlifting belts for max back squats and deadlifts. Have you tried one?
